Easy and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and has a lot of features that are very helpful when working with different venues and boards . It's easy to comunicate with other teams and you get a lot of information from monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday is that sometimes information gets stuck in one board when trying to send over a venue. This sometimes makes comunication between teams a little bit harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keeping track of the venues I'm working with by managing when they're ready for photo upload, when they were created so that I keep track of deadlines and such. It helps me comunicate with other teams regarding spesific information about a venue and you can easily categorize. All of the above is extreamy helpful on my workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great project management tool that has helped me manage projects effectively and efficiently. I love the ease of use. I use it on a daily bases as it also helps me integrate other applications as well

You can't select and delete sub-items from items together. This could be improved

Outstanding ease of use. It makes managing our projects' whole life cycle—from initial planning to execution and follow-up—easier. We can design unique dashboards for particular projects and provide our staff assignments in a matter of minutes. Rapid access to data. Delivers top-notch customer service and is consistently available to assist us promptly.

The Monday.com interface requires some initial adjustment, despite being simple to grasp. After you learn how to use the platform, it becomes a vital resource.

It is simpler to schedule significant academic activities and maintain meticulous records of the advancement of our research projects when we use Monday.com. It facilitates the assignment of particular tasks to various work teams and enhances inter-team communication.

I find monday Work Management to be very helpful for collaboration across a large organization, allowing us to work on projects simultaneously and clearly track updates. Additionally, the integration with Google for calendars and email automations enhances workflow efficiency. The platform's customizability is a standout feature, enabling each department to create tailored boards with specific items and columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process laborious, primarily due to the need to create each automation and build boards manually without having templates that suit our context. This made the setup more time-consuming than anticipated, requiring significant effort to customize for our organization's needs. Additionally, the process of building out entire workspaces was also somewhat cumbersome. I would like it to be easier to create and templatize boards based on the type of organization, as this would significantly aid in onboarding new people. It currently takes a long time to teach them how to use the platform properly.

Monday Work Management enhances collaborative work across our organization, manages large projects with 100 staff, and provides clear visibility through status tracking. It integrates with Google for calendar and email automations, contributing to informed decision-making and streamlining workflows.
It's a terrific tool for collaboration and organization for our team of creatives.

We're a lot of type B people, but monday makes it easier for us to stay organized. It's easy to use and very versatile-- we can have different times of boads, lists and tasks depending on the project. We use it all day everyday and it makes our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I personally could set up things a little differently without it affecting my whole team's monday experience.

Collaboration and organization! Everything is in ONE place and we all have access to it no matter where we are or what we are working on. It's centralized for the whole team.

monday.com is the most complete work management service we used.
We've been using it for about 2 years now, and since we work with more than 1 client and each client uses at least 3 boards for separating the workflow by sectors, using the automations and not having to move the pulses manually helps a lot with optimizing our time.

What do you dislike about the product?
To this day, we had no big problems using monday.com, but funny enough, the best feature for me, which is the automations, is also the most likely to stop working out of the blue and sometimes we need to redo them, but most of the times they just start working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping us organize the tasks our clients sends us in a lots of ways, with the tagging system, boards, automations etc.
Also improving the communication with them since it's easy to comment what needs to be changed, giving feedback and everything else.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation features and AI integration! Monday.com helps me stay organized and ensures that I keep up with all my business projects, while also keeping my team updated thanks to these tools. We use it for our annual calendar to unite all the events and activities in detail from event management, marketing campaigns and graphic requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to create subitems that differ between groups, which is something I wish were possible.

It has help reduced meetings, increased effectiveness in our workflows within interdepartmental teams from facilities, security, events and media teams.
