What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday Work Management for its flexibility, allowing me to build a CRM that perfectly suits my needs without having to conform to someone else's predefined ideas. This customization is incredibly valuable as it ensures the tools align exactly with the specific requirements of my career coaching business. Furthermore, I find the platform's intuitive and easy setup impressive; despite my initial apprehensions, stemming from my reliance on technical teams in the past, I was delighted to discover how user-friendly and straightforward it was to get things running. These aspects significantly enhance my productivity and simplify complex processes, enabling seamless management of my professional engagements effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to maintain contact with clients for my coaching business, tracking their progression and resuming conversations seamlessly over years.

when email gets unsynched and I have to reconnect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had issues with dividing the territory and with monday I was able to organized it better and have a better projection and tima management.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes our work much easier and more organized, it's quick to learn how to use, it has ways to perform good control of our work, different filters to review data, and various options to account for them. We can use forms and link them with our clients. I use it almost all the time. Overall, it is a very effective and easy-to-handle tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes I need to subdivide elements within the same entry and this is not allowed

What guarantees me that all the work information is well organized, stored, and available for the rest of the team?

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to keep track of ticket submissions for my projects. I can categorize the ticket type and status of the ticket. I also like that I receive an email notification when a ticket is submitted or when a party responds to a ticket. I also like using Monday to keep track of projects, and I can review past projects as a refresher for newer projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any complaints about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps eveyone on my team to stay on track in completing a project as well as stay organized. As previously mentioned, it's a great tool for post-mortem project evaluation to determine what went well or needs to be optimized for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to drag and drop or reassign tasks and the colour coding of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My entire team doesn't lean into using all the features like I do so sometimes it makes it hard to make work more productive. I also find each member uses it differently making it hard to find files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organized and accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.come excels in allowing users to create highly customizable workflows with pre built templates. Since the entire platform is really visually intutive it is easy to monitor any changes being made.
With integration tools like Slack, Google workspace, MS Teams, it fits well into existing tech stacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although user friendly, setting up tools and automations can be a bit challenging for some users. For larger projects, the board usually feels a bit too cluttered and overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com for me serves as a single platform to manage tasks, workflows thus eliminating the need for scattered tools. Real time updates also ensure transparent communication thus fostering much better team communication. With automation we are also easily able to handle any kind of recurring tasks with constant reminders thus making life easier for me.
With visual dashboards and Gantt charts, I can also easily check the project health and how the project is progressing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday on a daily basis and have multiple tabs divided by project. What I love about the platform is that it keeps all of your tasks in one place, send you due date notifications, and keeps you accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Monday.com, once I learned how to utilize the site, I unlocked so many features that make it easier to manage my day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me accountable, making sure my tasks are submitted without falling through the cracks.

Great For Staying Organized and Visibility of All Departments

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have visibility into all aspects of our company through Monday, and that I am able to keep up with everything while staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have started to use Monday for almost all things in our office, it sometimes takes a really long time to load especially on the mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization for all of our properties (property management), time tracking for maintenance turns and leasing them out. Tracking price drops, maintenance issues, leasing status etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to have a mess of excel sheets and emails but now everything's in one place.

I personally appreciate how easy it is to track progress on projects, be able to see what everyone from my team is working on, and collaborate with comments in real-time.
It's definitely imporved a lot our team's productivity and made communication easier.

Also, the dashboards make it simple to report on key metrics and are easy to understand visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit expensive, especially when we add more users and more features.

Before forming our team, we had to consider which plan was right for us and even then, some of the add-on features we wanted, pushed our budget a bit.

Also, the flexibility can sometimes be overwhelming. It took our team a while to really get it set up and even now, I occasionally stumble across new features I didn't know existed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be anxious to start my week, knowing I would have to work through a mountain of emails and excels just to figure out the next steps. It was a boit overwhelming and made it hard to prioritize the tasks with the team.

Now, I have a clear, organized view of all the tasks, deadlines, and projects my teams needs to work on. I feel much more in control of my workload and can easily track the teams progress.

The ability to collaborate with my team directly within the platform has made communication so much smoother. We're all on the same page, which reduces misunderstandings and speeds up projects.
