Using monday.com for bug tracking and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com proved to be very simple, but at the same time complete for all our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with GIT repositories is not very complete: We have a GitLab repository and we were not able to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily manage multiple projects and multiple resources, with careful monitoring of individual people's workload
Great adaptable software with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday has really streamlined our workflow and enabled us to move away from spreadsheets and emails to simple processes supported by automations. I absolutely love that I can always get hold off an actual human via the live chat and though a variety of ttols the support team endeavor to do everything them can to solve our problems. Possibly the best support that I have received for any software ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
- It can be clunky at times and occasionally crashes as its using so much processing power
- Some limitations with mirroring as it only works once and changes on the source board aren't carried through the the items on the mirrored boards
- Some issues with not being able to adjust column widths which result in huge unweildy boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to manages hundreds of sites at a time and for multiple users to easily input their data and provide updates

The ability to share status between the staff, and that anyone can update it.

I can't tell who updated what on the board.

Project management: we use it to give assignments to researchers and update the status of projects to finance.

It's ease of use. the fact that it's a web app.

there is a lot for certain "simple" features that simply is not there. Basic formulas or commands that we need that we think it can fairly easly implemented.

Cant search in the actual items.. Could be very useful

Monday.com takes on your organizations project management flavor. So it's like tofu.
It's incredibly robust and richly featured. It has powerful automations and integrations that make your workflows more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because Monday.com is so fully featured, it's easy to get lost in the weeds trying to figure out how best to use it's templates, automations, and more. You can spend tons of time tweaking the setup, and if you're like me, you can get lost in that process instead of actually managing the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping my teams to remain accountable and become more efficient.
We are keeping track of cross functional projects and general tasks. And we are starting to use it to manage contracts for media distribution.

Still, some of the features are not all there but Monday.com has a lot of space to improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us to track the project and share it with our client. before we need to send the file for the project progress but, on Monday.com we can give a guess account to a client so they can also check the project movement.

What do you like best about the product?
Offers different types of plans adaptable to the needs of any team. Its wonderful user interface (UI) makes it simple to visually manage chores because everything is color-coded. It allows us to develop custom workflows and consolidates all project information into one location, providing a clear and current view of project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the online experience is nice, I have found that it is limited in its functionality when I have needed or access important project data in places with bad connectivity or without an internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to waste time looking for dispersed information because it has helped us concentrate all of our project's communications and data. We have improved team coordination throughout our campaigns, resulting in the timely and high-quality completion of our projects.
