I have yet to find anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone involved in multi-departmental projects, one of the biggest challenges is keeping everyone aligned—especially when teams have different workflows, priorities, or tools. Monday.com has significantly improved how we communicate and collaborate across teams.

Fluidity between the different sectors and demands.

The value of the corporate plan is considerable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I felt that my team could improve in efficiency, and Monday.com helped me with that!
Make work management easy
What do you like best about the product?
We are using monday.com as a team of developers and can easily assign (sub--) tasks to different people. We can set priorities, deadlines and the status of the work progress which helps to keep track of what is done and what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we did not use any of the export features that are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are also using monday.com to do time tracking of external employees that are paid by the hours they are working for us. They can add the time they were working and a description what they did.
Monday is the best PA anyone can ask for
What do you like best about the product?
Before Monday my desk was covered in sticky notes & a messy diary I just couldn't follow. It has helped me to stay on track with my tasks & deadlines to ensure I don't drop the ball. It's the first app I use when I sit behind my desk, and the last app I close before signing off.

I wish I had used Monday sooner in my career already.

Staying on track of all my tasks & projects.
It is a lovely work management platform that is very easy to use and a great way to track projects

The time tracking feature on sub items is genuinely so amazing. It helps our team put things in perspective

I think the automations could use some work they break constantly when trying to go from one board to another

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is how seamlessly it brings together task management, communication, and automation. The ability to create dashboards, set up automations, and integrate with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom has saved us countless hours and reduced the need for constant check-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall to monday.com is that if the system is down it is slow.

intuitive interface, customisable workflows, visual boards, and automation capabilities. Really like the template options as well.

Setting tasks reminders could be more customisable. Team capacity sometimes isn't well tracked and balanced.

Team project management and day to day capacity. Prioritising tasks and helping us stay up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and the way it can easily morph into any project at hand. It is a smart design and I can’t wait to see what improvements and new opportunities can be created from this base model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get moving. When I really busy at work, I like to move very fast so the .0009 nano seconds it takes to load a stamp seems like eternity.
