Simple & Easy to use. Customizable to suit your businesses or personal needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there is so much to be automated, you can streamline some process that would normally take ages. Great and efficient supprt system. Also very simple to automate, dont have to be a genius in order to use it or create automations. Intergrates with a wide variety of other platforms, we are a google company and is extremly helpful you are able to intergrate it with Gmail. I personally use this daily in order to keep track of tasks that need to be done and very simple to implement with whatever systems you work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside i have is with the vast amount of platforms that you are able to intergrate with some are rather limited in what you can do, Google Calendar for example, as I wanted to use it to send invites/ create a task for me whenever a event was created on a certain calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving issues like having to send out multiple emails for one order, instead now everything is automated just with a couple clicks.
I also use it as a ticketing system, so saves us quite a bit of money as monday.com is alot cheaper than another ticketing system software - like ZenDesk for example

A lot condensed
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can do a lot of different things, all within the same environment from managing projects to following the sales funnel. Furthermore the layout and UI are very well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a quick tour through monday when you sign in and one you can always come back to, would help a lot with getting a hang of the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sure we are all aligned, and gives an easy oversight of what I am to do within in a period
Effortless Project Management: Visual Clarity + Smart Automation
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about it is how everything is categorized by color. This visual organization makes it super simple to see the status of different tasks at a glance. The color coding helps my team and I quickly identify what's on track, what's behind schedule, and what needs immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! I'd only see how to make actions a bit more accurate. It seems despite I have some actions set up, it doesn't always detect what I do and therefore I end up having to take the action manually (like labeling something "done").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple tasks in your head or tracking them via endless email threads. It’s incredibly beneficial to have tasks color-coded, allowing for quick visual identification of their priority/status. Additionally, the ability to search through tasks using keywords or status updates makes staying organized and on top of your workload much easier.
I also love the various options for viewing tables (quick + advanced filters) and just in general how they're constantly evolving to incorporate more features.

An enablement manager's swiss army knife
What do you like best about the product?
The UI. Obviously, there are many project management tools out there. What sets Monday apart is its attractive UI, automations, and quick learning curve for new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I'm not involved in purchasing decisions, I understand that Monday is *very* expensive. I wish it was more affordable as that would allow us to scale it more easily. I fear that if we're asked to cut tools at some point, Monday might be the first to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than anything, Monday.com is simply saving us time as a team (and extended teams). Once we realize that we're able to keep multiple aspects of a project either in one board or one folder of boards, our entire team knows exactly where to find what they're looking for. No more bouncing between emails, Slacks, Monday, Sharepoint, and many other tools to find what can easily be built (or linked to) in Monday.
Helpful tool to stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization capabilities are great and the ease of linking between boards makes our lives significantly easier. They frequently set meetings to go through new features, how to optimize, etc. to ensure the customer knows how to use the platform to the best of it's ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the linking is a great feature, it takes some work to get through the process. It can also be a bit clunky when working with a large number of groups and items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, we use it for event and product management to keep track of deliverables and ensure we're completing every task necessary for a project. In addition, we use Monday for time tracking companywide.
Great management system
What do you like best about the product?
Its a user friendly platform and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
missing some features but hopefully more will come
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing multiple projects and our portfolio.
A great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday on a daily basis to track my own work. Each item is a central point to track time, link to external files (for example in Google Drive), automated recurring tasks to perform.
The learning curve to start using Monday is fairly low. It's also possible to invite guests to view content or even collaborate.

What do you dislike about the product?
For quickly drafting or mapping out an idea for a board, I think Excel or Google Sheets are easier to start off. I would like a less mechanic way to doodle and sketch some ideas, in order to start a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily track time spent and costs outsourced.
Great Front end and simple/easy to use features
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate and how efficient it is at helping to organize projects for our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be easier ways to move from board to board as well as share information from board to board. I dont have a lot of negative to say though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it not to document our agile scrum projects and the data from the story points is helping us to understand our developers concurrency better
Intuitive and Comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
I can leave multiple tabs open all day and hop from one to another to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has outages, but few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep track of all these thoughts in my head!
They allow us to centralize all information and avoid duplication of efforts
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is its intuitive and visually appealing interface. It allows us to create customized boards to track the progress of our sales opportunities, manage our contacts, and track our interactions with clients. This has given us a clear and comprehensive view of each stage of the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a steep learning curve and is quite expensive for small businesses Customization can be limited and the platform can be slow at times Support isn't always quick and some integrations are missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizes communication and collaboration, improves task and project organization, and automates repetitive tasks. This saves time, boosts productivity, and enhances team efficiency.
