Monday is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to keep track of my daily and non-routine tasks!

I'd say navigating the workspaces isn't too user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not the best at time-management and I feel like Monday solves this issue for me.
Great for task management and also for working with my clients

the flexibility of the platform to allow me to use it over 4 different businesses for internal and external use and the ability to utilise it in many different capacities that other platforms wouldn't allow me to.
I can also use it with my client work and give access to clients to their specific work. Saving me a stack of money and time to develop the stuff in house.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know all the aspects I am currently not using. I know by watching videos and ads I could do more with it, but that is just a time thing

i use it as my task management and tracking tool. I also use the CRM function and I use it for project management with my clients inviting them in as guest users

sometimes running date when update is moved down and not automatically jump to correct date and time

Monday has been integral for some the programs we run.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have everyone involved see the process. A lot of meetings are avoided because things are completed in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is great! The trickiest part has been getting our staff to use it.

Allowing teammates out in the field to enter information about their sales. It used to be a multi-step process, but it is very streamlined now.

i have worked with monday since 2 years , for the whole company as a marketing agency and we were able to manage our work and projects in a perfect way we never thought it would be. monday is a great choice for anyone looking to manage their projects and team work.

i did not see much downside of Monday. but I would say it's better to add more integrations

The visual overview and automation features help us stay aligned, save time, and keep everything on track without the usual chaos of managing multiple tools.

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that while it's highly customizable, some advanced features—like complex automations or integrations—can feel a bit limited without upgrading to higher-tier plans.

At Sol og Strand, I use monday Work Management to handle virtually all my tasks — from campaign execution to day-to-day operations. It serves as my central hub for tracking progress, setting deadlines, and organizing priorities. In a busy workday, it helps me remember what’s been completed and what still needs attention, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that I stay focused on the most important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool on Monday.com is to see requests all in one place! The analytics and searching capabilities have been wonderful to track progress. Very user friendly for our whole team!

I have not identified a downside to Monday.com yet. I continue to be surprised with the capabilities.

We have been able to streamline our incoming requests, being able to track the process from start to finish very quickly. This has helped us manage the necessary follow up to communicate with our teams.
