What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the capabilities of structuring and automation. It helps so much not to imput these manualy.

It really is effortless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think my only concern it's when you go at the end of each board you see all the completed task. I just wish it's on a archaval board instead of the task board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all of my team to have a clear view of task revision and pending workload. It defently heps me to scope out prioties

What do you like best about the product?
monday's Work Management is easy to configure and start collaborating immediately - I use it on many of my projects, especially helpful to manage vendors and their deliverables!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calculations could be easier to build - maybe more templates for the calcs - although we have now found a work around - chatgpt now has Monday calculation answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have been able to automate several customer facing and back end challenges we were facing - and we can do this without asking IT for support or waiting in a queue. We automated 2 major processes that we rely on daily to help us move from manual intervention to full automation.

Best thing that has happened in our office.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday.com a year ago and it is now part of our everyday routine. Everything we do as a team is organized in Monday.com and we communicate with each other on a daily and even hourly basis on the platform. It has been a great tool to keep everyone on task. Customer Service at Monday.com has been great and they have been very helpful in implenmentation new automations into our boards. Can't work without Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be if the app was a little bit more user friendly. We travel a lot and like to use Monday.com on our phones but the information is hard to get to sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication about current and past jobs we are working on. Everything needed for any project is in Monday.com and anyone in the office has the access to all the information.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is an absolute game-changer for my team and me. The Kanban Master Production Board is the shining star of our workflow. It’s intuitive and ensures that everyone knows what’s happening at a glance, making our daily morning meetings seamless and efficient. It fosters transparency and collaboration by allowing every team member to track tasks and communicate publicly across departments. Moving tasks between columns and delegating them to other departments is great for my mental gymnastics.

The Master Production Board is the heartbeat of our department. It's where everything comes together, from getting notifications about new projects to tagging colleagues and collaborating on tasks. Its visibility and ease of use ensure everyone is aligned and accountable. It’s become our first stop every morning, and it streamlines even the most complex projects into manageable pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is a fantastic tool, the Main Table can sometimes be a bit cumbersome to navigate. It’s not as user-friendly as the Kanban view, and occasionally I find critical information is only accessible in the Main Table. It would be great if this information were fully integrated into the Kanban view for consistency and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management solves key challenges like team transparency, workflow organization, and task accountability. The Master Production Board centralizes all project details, making it easy to track progress, assign tasks, and communicate openly across departments.

It eliminates inefficiencies in communication and ensures no deadlines or details are overlooked. By streamlining collaboration and providing real-time visibility into project statuses, it helps us stay organized, aligned, and productive. This has saved us time, reduced errors, and improved overall project delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it most helpful in terms of you can tailor boards, automations, and dashboards for workflows. It's pretty straightforward. With the tagging, updates, file sharing, and more, it's super easy to stay connected with the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it’s heavily reliant on an internet connection, which can be an issue for offline work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joined Maxy Media, Monday Work Management was already part of the workflow here, and I realized why it’s such a valuable tool. It solves many of the challenges that come with managing tasks across a large team. For example, it offers clear visibility into projects and deadlines, so I can easily see what’s on my plate and who I’m collaborating with, without needing constant check-ins.

Overall, Monday has made my day-to-day work much smoother, and I can see how it’s a cornerstone for keeping the team organized and productive. It’s an essential tool for any company looking to streamline their workflows!

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all tasks organized and in an easy to read format.

There is no internal communication feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problems related to inefficient team collaboration. It has enhanced team collaboration by being a shared workspace that facilitates communication between team members. This is done by allowing team members to easily update each other on progress and collaborate on tasks.

Monday has changed our company!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the capabilities it provides. You can set up a board and set limits as to who can view it or edit it. It allows information to flow seamlessly between all the parts of our company. From the shop foreman, to the scheduling specialist, the finance department, the install coordinator, and the project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the phone version was as seamless as the laptop version. I just use it mainly on my laptop, because its hard to navigate on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everyone on the same page. Our company nicknamed the main flow board "The Whole Enchilada", because that is what it is for us. Before we had Monday, we had several other avenues for tracking and maintaining data, scheduling, finance and workflow and now its all in one main program.

What do you like best about the product?
In a large organization with integrated teams, Monday.com is an essential tool to keep track of projects, collaborate, and understand the work at a high level as well as up close with granular details. It has become an integral part of how we manage our workflows, reviews and approval processes, and communicate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can become overhwhelming because it makes so much information so readily available. "Information overload" can create confusion and paralysis if it is not easy to understand or to quickly find which action items are most relevant to the end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates what would be several tools and manual processes (calendars, emails, chats, etc) into a one-stop-shop experience for all of our planning and coordinating of work. This has cut down on uncessary meetings, redundnant internal communications, and made our team more agile.

Best project management system we have used - migrated from Jira

What do you like best about the product?
We previously used both Trello and Jira, but I feel Monday is perfect combination of the two. It is flexible and versatile, and allows us to collaborate with different teams and manage our own workloads in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications and feed can be confusing as they're very similar and sometimes duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us visibility of what the team are working on/progress on their tasks. It also allows us to see what various people are working on as part of a wider project and works as a central location for assets.
