Monday.com makes the week workload much more organised and easy to track projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool that helps our agency stay organised. With so many staff, each working remotely and in different timezones, we have made our Monday boards the central point where we communicate. It's easy to track everything from invoices sent from clients (and their status), tasks to do, and creative ideas to new areas of the business to work on. The list goes on; we use it all day long, too. What's also interesting is the new integrated AI feature, which is helpful. When we start working with a new client, we add them as a guest user, and we have had no complaints about them using it in the workflow - they find it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a chat feature would be helpful, but there isn't really that much that you haven't thought to, I'm my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us track projects and their status. There are many staff working on each project so its easy to see who is doing what and when and also what needs to be done. From a banking and payments aspect - we use it for invoice tracking. When we receive invoices, we add the files to each group and tag the finance team - that way we have a trail or everything and no emails are needed!
Never Have Been More Organized Before!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management is the absolute best! I have never been more organized at work than I have been while using Monday. I use Monday everyday to organized my tasks for the day as well as overall ongoing projects. I use it to communicate not only within the company but with customers as well. It is very easy to invite customers to boards and show them how to use.
It fits right into our company so well and the use of automations is a lifesaver. I work for a media production company and any monthly tasks that need done I set an automation to add the task to my to do list.
If customer support is needed they are always so responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Monday. Sometimes the automations don't have all the features that I am looking for however it has most of what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps everyone in the company be on the same page. It also lets us be as transparent as possible with our customers and to keep them in the loop of how their website, video, etc. is coming along.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient to work together on tasks and have an overview of to do's and get reminders etc. Customer support was also very helpful and created and sent a video tutorial for my specific problem.

I can't think of anything that is bothering me at the moment.

Collaborating on tasks together, keeping everyone informed of to do's and responsibilities.

The ability to have a centrally located project management tool that project team members can easily access and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box survey functions are quite minimal. Only enterprise-level accounts have the survey tools we need, but as a nonprofit, we can't afford this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes visible our entire project planning process, allowing everyone involved in the project see the status of tasks, which helps them stay on track.
Monday makes my day to day work life extremely organsied.

The different arrangement for dates when exporting data makes it difficult to format.

Monday collates all tasks requested by the wider business and allows our team to maintain an understanding on project progression.

The benefits are the collaborative and intuitive nature of the platform,i find it very easy to update tasks and run reports at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you're in you're all in so to speak, i think it would mess with your mind coming off it and going back to another platform.

Monday solves the problem of indivudually collating responses from the workplace, putting them all together and then running reports. Monday solves this instanly and saves so much time.

As a CRM tool in The comment function allows conversations, files or updates to be stored in the leads so that every colleague is always informed.
The formulas can be used to automatically store follow-ups for specific days.sales, you can constantly use the customer bases and add new status fields whenever you have a new product, for example.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Monday.com is to work with. The ability to quickly glance at our onboarding process and know what tasks are remaining is so easy. We also use the Dashboard view for our headcount, and various elements of the employees at our firm worldwide. This product is powerful and has been instrumental to streamlining our processes. We had a new hire comment that his onboarding was better than most he had been through at huge companies. Monday.com is part of that reason, along with a great communication tool for our small business, with worldwide virtual employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more ideas of how other companies like ours are using Monday.com. Prebuilt templates or suggested ways of using Monday.com. I believe we are probably only using 25% of the power of the product. Monthly webinars or other types of learnings, suggestions, etc. would be helpful. This comment isn't a "dislike" but a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a very disjointed administrative process. Nobody knew where tasks were in the process and if they had been done. We were having piecemill results where some items were forgotten. Monday.com has greatly improved this process from onboarding, offboarding, staffing, employee lists, and equipment by employee. We also use it for meeting planning, from sourcing, contract, preparation, execution and post meeting tasks. One word for Monday.com is LIFECHANGING!
