User friendly, simple , comfortable for both phone and pc , design is sleek , options are great
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day. Very easy to implement all things i need. Integration is on a level as well. The way things are done, the whole logic actually. I like color labels, the fact that it remembers what i typed before , AI support is a quite cool new feature as well. Big range of tools , customisation of all rows and columns, easy and simple filling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite often its laggy , sometimes its badly lagging, takes time to load if you have multiple tasks / projects in one place , usually i run about 10 projects at one time. If you replace (not on purpose) data in whole column , it will be quite hard to get back if you didnt clicke undo straigh away. For example , i have a row with comments from customed and once i marked whole column and changed all cells for one name and after only iption i had aftrer cahtting with support to restore all of it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running multiple transportaiton services at one time , holding all information aboyut all cargos in one place , being able to edit anything at any time . No need to use anymore excel tables and whole lot of folders with files .
Efficient Project Management with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Monday.com to keep project timelines organized and clearly outline where each deliverable is at in the development process. I use the function to mass-shift a timeline on a weekly basis, and I love that it saves me time when a change happens in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Monday.com is the time it takes to create and maintain project tasks. There could be ways to save time on this, like adding the ability to mass-change multiple sub-item names in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a solution to identify the steps in a client project, lay out the timeline, and keep client projects moving and the team collaborating at each step.

I like that we can have all tasks organized and the automations work very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that a small error in the automation can leave your board empty of informtaion. We have two boards right now that should connect to each other but seems to not do that. This has left us with all task lacking information. I wish there was some way to safe proof it or some sort or easier way to report specific incidents right away in the board instead of sending a form with all issues.

It helps me organize all of the tasks and easily shows when something is completed or not

How easy it is to automate everything. Also the different roles you can exactly give everyone and give acces to it.

There is no back button. If you do a wrong thing and delete something you cant get it instant back.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and helps automate daily tasks efficiently. Setting up simple automations for frequent activities is straightforward, and it also supports integration with third-party applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many irrelevant applications, which can make navigation cumbersome. Integration with M365 is somewhat tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to manage my projects seamlessly, and the alerts and notifications have made it much easier for me to manage my time.
