What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday Work Management for project management, especially when it comes to handling interdepartmental projects. It provides a comprehensive view of both the big picture and specific tasks, ensuring that I know exactly what we are working towards. The automation features are fantastic, making it effortless to set up notifications for stakeholders upon task completion or project milestones, eliminating the need for daily or weekly emails. This keeps everyone informed and up-to-date without extra effort on my part. Additionally, the Gantt charts are great for planning, helping to visualize timelines and project priorities clearly. The ease with which I was able to set up my profile and access all necessary tools without the hassle of constant permissions also stood out as a huge advantage. Overall, monday Work Management significantly simplifies project planning and communication, allowing me to focus more on actual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup of projects in monday Work Management could be improved. While there are likely a variety of templates available, they are not extensively utilized in our business. An AI feature that designs templates or bespoke options through a conversational or chat interface would enhance the experience. It would be beneficial if it could suggest key colors, forms, and develop a timeline during the initial setup, making it cleaner and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project planning and interdepartmental communication. It helps ensure we're on the right steps at the right time, provides a clear view of tasks and responsibilities, and simplifies stakeholder communication with automations and Gantt charts.

The automation function isn't very responsive; sometimes I notice it stops working, and I have to reset it.

What do you like best about the product?
So before we used Monday work management we had everything notated on paper. Now that we have everything digital looking back on past actions became so much easier. It has now become something we must use everyday to keep all documentation accurate. Changing from paper to digital only made our system of moving around so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside from monday is that we need to be online at all times. So when we have a power outage and we become offline we have to resort to keeping everything on paper and keeping a more direct line of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all work that passes thru everyday without having a stack of papers. Everything can be tracked down with just a click of a search bar

Integrations with different enterprise applications. Data and processes integrated in one single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that I have to pay for new features or add-ons, like AI credits and vibe coding, which ultimately are not included for free.
Also I don´t like data structures where data cannot be easily integrated from one board to another, as well as formula columns don't recognize some specific column types.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility and ease of use of Monday.com. I like the feature to track tasks with my colleagues and organise my own project management plans. I love the ease of integration with other apps. It's one of the first sites I open when I start my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get my colleagues to learn a new way of working. They are used to doing things the same way they have always done them.

It keeps me on track with my tasks and duties - especially for event planning and project management.
