What do you like best about the product?
Monday turned our scattered processes into a smart, structured, and scalable system — and we’re still finding new ways to make it even better every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday Work Management is incredibly versatile, I wish it had stronger options for data analysis — especially when it comes to pivoting and handling weighted averages. The current pivot view is quite limited compared to traditional tools like Excel or BI dashboards, and complex calculations (such as weighted averages) aren’t easily achievable through formula or number columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us track KPIs, employee goals, and performance across locations while streamlining hiring, communication, and training workflows. Its automations reduced manual work and made our operations smoother, faster, and stress-free.
Centralized Project Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that monday Work Management provides a centralized location where all of the resources, plans, and tools I need are easily accessible in one spot. This convenience reduces the need for me to search through various platforms like Google or email, allowing me to manage everything related to a project within Monday. The platform enables visibility into project progress and future plans, breaking down roles and responsibilities clearly across divisions. I find the communication features extremely useful as they allow me to tag teammates and write updates directly within the platform, saving me from sifting through emails and chats. The dashboards have become an integral part of showcasing our capacity despite needing further optimization. I also value its capability to facilitate team reviews of project plans in a visual way, making it clear who is assigned to what tasks. Furthermore, sending out reminders and making updates to projects have become streamlined processes, which significantly contributes to keeping the team aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use monday Work Management to organize projects, improve communication, and unify resources in one platform, enhancing visibility into project progression, role clarity, and avoiding fragmented workflows.

Its visual boards and automation features help us stay organized and ensure timely follow ups. Monday's integrated communication tools make it easy to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors It allows us to streamline documentation and enables real-time updates. Monday.com when used daily, enhances both individual accountability and team coordination, allowing us to focus on delivering impactful assistance to the individuals we work with.

Effortless Project Organization and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to organize and keep track of so many different projects. Being able to track and monitor progress updates for each project as well as report issues and communicate with teammates very specifically and precisely through use of the platform makes projects run much smoother. I use it daily for work and find it extremely easy to use as well as easy to train those beneath me how to utilize it to make our projects run hiccup free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user friendly for cellphones.

Highly Customizable and Perfect for High-Volume Workflow Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
it is very customizable, which makes workflow tracking easier to look at when you have high volume
What do you dislike about the product?
there are certain restrictions like the number of users you can make accounts for, or the number of drop down tags you can create
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration of workflow between teams is easier with monday.com than it used to be because of the automations. we no longer operate out of live excel spreadsheets that lock when one user is making edits.
Keeps Our Ops Team Organized and Clients in the Loop
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps keep our operations team organized, and it allows us to share live feedback directly with clients. Its colorful interface and user-friendly design make it very easy to build in. We rely on it for nearly everything within our company and often recommend it to others, especially our clients. For example, DOI BSSI gave us excellent feedback after we used the tool to show them the status of their projects and to help keep everyone on track. Its our favorite company tool in the ops side! 10/10 recommend. Oh also all the questions needed to answer are online for support. My team was able to implement this to our co.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the main issue I'm experiencing is that my phone no longer syncs properly with the online platform. When I make changes on my phone, they don't show up on the online platform. It used to work, but now I'm not sure if the problem is with my phone or something else.

It's easy to set up a project and adapt it to your team and workflow. Managing deadlines is no longer a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to have the option to pay for each team member individually, rather than being required to purchase a set number of packs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing requests from internal clients, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks used to be a significant challenge for both me and my team. However, now that we have developed our own templates and implemented automation, these processes have become much more manageable.
