I like the practicality of monday Work Management. I use the boards and automations, which helps me better visualize my tasks and also receive insights. I found the initial setup quite easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all the tools much yet, but I want to start using AI better.

In addition, depending on the plan you’re on, certain automations and integrations may be limited. Overall, the platform is very powerful, but it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when you’re trying to set up more complex workflows.

Monday Work Management helps our team stay organized by keeping all tasks and projects in one place. It addresses common challenges like tracking deadlines, assigning responsibilities clearly, and making sure everyone stays on the same page. As a result, we’ve reduced miscommunication, saved time, and found it much easier to monitor project progress from start to finish.

I really enjoy using monday Work Management. My clients also seem to like it, and many have adopted it in their own companies. It's easy to invite people from different organizations I work with, which adds value to their businesses. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to use without needing instructions on what to click and do. monday Work Management helps us work collaboratively by solving team-based tasks, tracking, and breaking down tasks. The onboarding process is smooth, and I appreciate that I can invite as many clients as needed to view the board, which has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page scrolling on uploaded documents like Word or Excel isn't smooth. It's click to go to page two, click to go to page three.

Visually appeal and rewarding. Great for someone with adhd.

Nothing really, perhaps it could integrate even better with outlook and teams, I could tag emails to be to do with a certain task maybe.

I especially value the customizable boards, automations, and dashboards, as together they help make everything more organized, transparent, and collaborative. The fact that monday Work Management provides more tools, automation, and visualization of the workflow was one of the main reasons for my team to switch to it. Additionally, the initial setup process was very smooth and I really liked that.

Some important features are restricted to more complex plans, which may somewhat limit users of more basic plans. I also believe that the mobile version could have more features from the desktop version to facilitate task management from anywhere.

The Most Helpful Tool for Ticket Management
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that you can filter and view all tasks, as well as the connection with Slack, as I use them both for work
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am added to a ticket as a viewer, I don't receive notifications when a reply is made or any modification on the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management for operational activities and it's benefiting because the view and the notifications are better than when we used to do it via email threads.
