What do you like best about the product?
Automation! and the different views and colours

Sometimes, the automation does not work and the task did not get flagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to keep track of many many dates making sure that they don't come due - so Monday helps ease that.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of moving tasks around in the Dashboard. It is simple to either re-allocate from person to person or even into another Dashboard when isolating different tasks on different dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searching of archived items with regard to certain clients and tasks. In addition to this, the integration of our emails and document management is poor.
Also, the level of alerts for important tasks could also be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow for our firm. Mainly we allocate tasks to each staff member.

Simplicity with amazing flexibility and customisation

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a solution that fit out needs. I needed a system that everyone in my team could get behind and so it needed to be clear, simple, engaging and dynamic. While I am bit of a tech head and love tinkering with customisation and automation, most people in my team are not and past systems were too complex and were not adopted by the team.

Monday was engaging, colourful and very easy to use. It was helpful that for a share to-do list and project management platform, it was intuitive and easy for everyone to pick up, but still powerful under the hood.

We use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile apps need a bit of work. They look a bit tired and the horizontal scrolling nature of how Monday is presented doesn't really fit well on a phone screen.

Adding new tasks or items on the fly is slower than in other systems. A quick add feature would be great using natural language processing so that it could recognise what data needed to go in what fields if I just typed stuff in a quick capture.

The name: Monday is not a great name for an app designed for project management or CRM or anything that also includes dates and times. We have had miscommunications about when things are getting done when people have said they will "put it on Monday"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all our projects and tasks together in a single engaging platform

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly app. I like the way of how you can play with the dashoards and make it good visible for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now I did not notice any, but imo the company can work more on the with the analytical tools, this part is a bit missing for me, so I need to use other services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily use it as my workbook, which helps me to be o top of my tasks and never miss anything.

What do you like best about the product?
The main upside of using monday.com is that it helps our team to organise our marketing calendar in a highly efficient manner. It's easy to share with colleagues and externals, and allows us to plan ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we are doubling up on information that is also kept elsewhere, like in emails or planning documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's holding us accountable to our plan and allows us to track upcoming projects.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about monday.com include the app, the user friendliness, and the ability to collaborate with others on your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that when you create a column, that column has to continue amongst all groups in that specific tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me be more organized and helps me track my progress on my projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The metrics created by Monday are critical for my organization. While we use Monday to organize projects and assignments, an unanticipated benefit has been the ability to demonstrate the success of my department through Monday metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like another level to "step down" for details on a project. Often, a project has multiple tasks and related tasks. It would be good to have this one place vs creating additional projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a multitude of projects for different clients and departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use and can be adjusted to the needs of any company or person. In addition to having a wide range of tools, it is also visually appealing, which helps make it a very persuasive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Monday is that at the beginning it can be complicated to understand, and despite having tutorials, it is not clear enough. In the part of creating a CRM, it is still a bit complex and a specialized CRM is still better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can see the progress of a project and collaborate on it in real time, and the entire team will be able to learn about the progress, as well as communicate with each other.

What do you like best about the product?
The structure of Monday.com means that you can seamlessly move from various workspaces and project boards, while still having all your work in one easy to access platform. It's easy to stay across projects and deadlines with team members who may be based elsewhere, and communications about each individual item of work can stay associated with its relevant board, rather than get lost in an inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage we haven't integrated a chat feature with Monday.com, I would like to see this happen. It doesn't appear to be a straightforward exercise.

Streamlining of communications on a project-by-project basis.
