Monday is as flexible as it is simple, which allows the user a zillion choices in how to use it.
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't found a work challenge that can't be solved by Monday. Let's start with how simple it makes project mangement and accountability. Beyond those things, it is my operational test kitchen. Whenever I am considering new automations or new workflows (and particularly reviewing new software), I try it out on Monday first. I can usually replicate the process in Monday to see if it's worth the investment and often, I find Monday does that job well enough to avoid any additional spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike, but I would suggest they find a way to gamify engagement. I only say that because adoption is always the only killer for team use. Monday is absolutely as useful as your teams actually use it. That said, if leaders create accountabilities around adoption, this issue goes away.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found that for some people in my organization, Monday is not easy to learn, but I think it's not a big issue if you have someone on your team who can help you with such products.

Just bring your imagination
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely flexible, can do just about anything with the right imagination. Huge app store to extend the functionality. Great support, and lots of helpful information from the community online.
We used it both for work/task management, project management and a CRM. We were an accounting firm and payroll service and we ran the entire business on Monday.
One of the coolest things I found was that I implemented Monday for my department (payroll services), and briefly showed the rest of the company how it works. They adopted it on their own and it spread like wildfire. It was great to see how other departments implemented it, and I only had to answer a few questions on my end. The product sold itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's flexibility is both good and bad. Employees can screw it up if they don't follow the process well. If you have the Enterprise license you can lock the system down more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ran the entire company on emails and spreadsheets before having Monday. Monday brought all the information together into one database and workflow.
Monday helps my tema manage its workflow
What do you like best about the product?
When we started using Monday's Work Management it was small projects here and there. As we became more accustomed to the tools we began to expand to the point now every department has multiple boards that help with managing workflow through their departments. The automations help us daily figure where our shortfalls are and what deadlines are upcoming that still need worked on. In our quoting department we have intergraated our quoting in with our Outlook which has helped us keep track of which quotes are still needing to be worked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to become fluent can be daunting at times. The learning modules are helpful, but it sometimes is hard to find time during the day to fit them in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quoting is where my focus is at the current moment, but in the past it has helped with recruitment, inverntory management, order entry and project management.
Fantastic project management platform with an ever growing suite of add-on products
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is one of those products that just feels right as soon as you launch it. It looks beautiful and is really easy to get going. Monday removes that blocker of project members not wanting to update task statuses, add comms and generally keep everyone informed, as it's so easy and fun to use it's actually a pleasure to interact with the platform. As an enterprise customer, we find the level of customer support truely amazing. Whenever we have a question, or 'how can we do XYZ' our customer support manager is always on hand to connect us directly to someone who can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside for me is everyone in the organisation will want a monday license. As soon as users experience Monday, they can see a great use case to introduce the product into their team or work process. Don't get me wrong, it's great to see a workforce excited about a platform...just be preparred to see those use cases and ROI business cases land on your desk.

One current business challenge is to improve our supplier onboarding process, alongside our procurement and due dilligence processes. We have copious forms a supplier needs to complete, and then internally we have the challenge of keeping track where we are in the process and ensuring everything gets completed as quickly and easily as possible. Monday is proving an excellent solution, especially with the monday Forms element of the product, which once combined with an approved monday.com market place app - we've now got ourselves a super slick solution. On top of that, Monday allows us to automate manual elements of the process and provide great reports and insight into key stakeholders.
I recommend Monday.com to all small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to efficiently run our million dollar business with automations, workflows and a CRM. Our small team uses the platform for everything from keeping the pipeline up to date to a data room of our Standard operating procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to send mass emails via Monday.com in a more efficient way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our tech platform's backend to send information to Monday.com directly. What I love most though is it's ability to be a CRM, sales management and workflow process all in one place.
Agile Tool, Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
Great, intuitive tool for organization and sharing information. Integrates with many of our other tools. Automations make work seamless which saves time, reduces redundancy in our processes, and helps ensure that information is consistent between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
As monday.com has grown, support takes longer. Pricing continues to increase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday for a CRM, project management, client finances, account management, and much more. With With board connections and mirrored columns we're able to share information between teams and provide access to critical information while keeping a single source of truth with limited edit access. The automations save us countless hours of work having to manually update data.
Most efficient CRM platform for Real Estate
What do you like best about the product?
I looked into a few CRM platforms to determine the best one for our real estate brokerage and Monday was the perfect fit. It is easy to organize and visualize. The different tabs are custom and we are able to put in all of our criteria and sync them across different boards. The ease of integration has been very helpful because we can reduce the work; one data set is automatically synced to another. For our company deal flow, it integrates all the inputs from every team member. Real estate isn't a typical sales CRM, and something like Salesforce wouldn't work for this kind of business model. I also really appreciate the Monday app; it's very well-made and works exactly like the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't had any issues. It would be preferable to pay per each user instead of in groups of 5. We have a team of 10 but should we hire someone else, we would have to pay the same as if we hired 5 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to centralize all of our deals on one platform. Now everyone at the company knows what the deal flow is for each individual and we can better guess future deal flow.
