Excellent tool for my company management and operwtions

What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to.use and the simplicity makes it dummy proof. I run à 3M$ / year manufacturing company with a douzen employees and Monday.com does everything i need and much much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any down side or anything i dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectiveness of our whole workflow. We are more profitable and communication with the whole company is instant.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to outline all of the tasks that I have for the multiple projects my team works on is the reason why we complete projects. We have multiple projects going on that involve almost all of our team, and Monday allows us to stay on track and plan for XD success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are genuinely no downsides. We use this tool everyday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily communicate cross-departmentally with all of my team members while tracking progress for all projects that I manage.

What do you like best about the product?
The look of Monday is very pleasing and easy on the eyes. I am such a fan of the different column functions; being able to type text, select from a preset list of options and changing the status of projects. There are so many different add-ons that can used for your different boards that are helpful when gathering certain data or integrating certain things. I use Monday every single day at work and I can't believe that I use to rely on several different excel sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is a slight learning curve to using Monday. I found it to be quick confusing at first, but the more I use it and the more videos I watch about different functions; the easier it gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Monday has helped to create better organization workflows in order for me to be more efficient and productive throughout the day.

Customizable for multiple departments

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite parts of monday is the ability to customize the boards to suit my project. Whether I need to simply keep track of some numbers or track an ongoing project, I can change titles, colors, types, and pretty much anything else I can think of from the main view. There are also a ton of options for customizable views depending on how you want to track something or present it if needed. I'm also a huge fan of the "Forms" option, as it gives me the ability to gather info from other staff in my company without granting them access to the board or creating additional logins for limited needs. The automation is another huge plus. I can keep people in the loop about projects or remind myself about deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is sometimes the forms viewer and tables have glitches like being out of order or attaching uploads from someone else's form. I've also had some trouble with the exports to Excel being in an unusable format that requires reformatting to be functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our previous program, it was difficult to keep track of multiple running tasks as they were all on different screens, had to be searched for, etc. Monday allows me to open the board and see exactly what projects are still ongoing. what step they are on, and what I need to do next.

Neat and Orgaized

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of the software. It's so sleek and organized, it makes work feel almost kind of fun. It's very easy to use and has plenty of features to help keep track of things. Integration and implementation on the use of monday is not hard at all, either. And we use it every single day at our company. The customer support team is amazing, too. They are kind and understanfing, while maintainig professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that there is no downside. No complaints from here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps keep all our needed documents and files in one space that isn't One Drive.

What do you like best about the product?
one of the smoothest experience tools i have ever used for someone who likes to be everthing well organized. it helps me focus on my tasks one at a time and track everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much i can say but only one thing which is it is sometimes very slow to update the boards even when refreshing the page. it may take long seconds and sometimes few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy tracking for thw work flow and documentation of the work in general

What do you like best about the product?
The time tracking and automations really make it easy to track client retainer time used. It was also easy to migrate from basecamp with some guidence from support and was a breeze to integrate into our normal workflow and is something I use lots throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding manual time can be a little clinky and hit and miss sometimes. I dont need to always set a date for time, just log hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made tracking client retainer times so much easer and gives us solid data on how much time has been used when it comes to quarterly retainer reviews.

Great tool for project management in a team

What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday particularly helpful for organizing projects and tasks. The good overview and structure of the individual boards always helps to quickly see which tasks are important.
Both simple and complex board structures can be set up quite easily. So it's up to you how easy it is to work with the tool in the end.
There are also many automation options and connections for almost all other relevant tools.
Customer support is always great and helping very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would personally structure the “My Work” area and the start page differently and I really miss the full flexibility of the columns to be displayed. It would be great if, for example, the start page could be structured a little more individually.
There are very useful features, but they are only available in the Enterprise plan. Unfortunately, these cannot be booked individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination within our internal team and with customers is super easy and intuitive with Monday. It's great for assigning tasks, planning projects and simplifying workflows.
