Monday.com is an integral on many of our work business processes and support
What do you like best about the product?
It saves time and automation alerts us of license expirations coming up automatically, making it easy to collaborate, eliminating the need to all meet in the same room. Many teams use it to avoid redundancy and also for planning and calendar postings of where staff are in a meeting. We now use all the licenses we purchased, and many love the APP MARKETPLACE, where we have started adding APPS. This is easy to do for Monday.com. Our staff keeps adding uses for Monday.com for our support of K-12 schools. Our 275 members use the system all the time. I rarely need to go to customer support, and when I do they come up with a working solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps improving so we have not had a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It warns us 90, 45, and 30 days ahead of licensing expiration to avoid outages from being unaware of a license coming up for expiration. We use it to track project progress and system conversion as we progress a rollout over many systems, like with the conversion to the cloud. Our Consultants, Leadership, and Administrative Assistants use it to plan and implement all the various initiatives to improve our school's ability to improve student grades and scores.

It's easy to work with and let us creat a work flow as we prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be easy to creat some integration between boards to share informations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to control the workflow within all workers in my company.
Amazing about 90% of the things i need is there but there is this 10% of things you don't find them.
What do you like best about the product?
The flow and the experience of it, love it.
Customer support is great used it sometimes back.

The features in it are amazing im much focused on the main one not going ahead with any products.

things that seems such small things are supposed to be there in monday but you don't find them in monday and that gets frustrating.

I think there is nothing to improve as I see.

I use daily to improve my organization. I love the colorful that it is and easy of setup differents templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Infintite flexibility. Tools that can streamline, automate, enhance business process, whilst also wrapping around unique process and challenges.

Linking complex process together can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan and deiver many projects that fundamentally differ. Some very detailed where we lead on very complex multi stakeholder solution delivery; others where we are simply a part of a wider solution. As such we require very flexible tools that can adapt around our requirements. Monday.com offers that flexibility.

I love that all is in one place. It has a high capacity to be modified. That means I make it match my needs!

Because everything is so bespoke it is difficult to find guides etc...

It's solving all the problems associated with reorganization as well as tracking tasks
My Favorite New Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a super powerful management platform that has scope to do so much for you, getting to know it better is helping us manage project better and raise our bottom line every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only snag I really notice is a tiny delay on the desktop app when new items are posted.

It is closing the loop on our procedures & keeping everyone involved informed of progress.
