Builds your business with you

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is like having a personal assistant - there to remind you, automate for you and make your teams more efficient. The best part of my personal experience is how well the team get back to you to assit with your requests and often they build new features based on the request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I worry about the lack of expert focus as they grow rapidly and expand their service offerings. I asked an expert a simple question they couldnt answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team in sync and focused.

What do you like best about the product?
I am frequently using Monday.com from last 2 years and i found this iis helping me a lot in managing my work.It's very easy to use, very easy to impliment and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
it dosent have the ability to export the data in the exsiting table. It creates a new table everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using this for managing the assets record in monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are streamlined making it easy to keep track of projects and make progress. Ability to assign tasks to collegues and communicate about status maximizes efficiency. Ability to label projects in terms of importance/urgency.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're not careful, you can be sucked into analysis paralysis in terms of organizing projects, but this isn't unique to Monday Work Management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing/tracking projects and delegating responsibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The similcity of the product that allows you to customize it based on diff needs is remakable, I think its one of the best example how a good UX makes a huge change, and really helps us to run our daily routine better

Its great, the developers are not familar with it so we need to use Jira fr the developers and Mon for the rest of the company

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows me to keep track of my long-term projects and organize my notes/sources as I conduct my research. It provides an easy bird-eye-view, it was easy to learn, and I'm not quite sure I would be as efficient without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need different categories for sections, which isn't possible with the current structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple projects throughout the year that I need to prepare for months in advance. Monday helps me stay organized and make sure I'm getting everything done with enough time, curbing my tendency to procrastinate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the notification feature on monday Work Management as it's super quick. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward. I also appreciate how it integrates with Slack, which we use in conjunction. Overall, I'm very likely to recommend it to others.

Transformed Our Non-Profit's Workflows

What do you like best about the product?
At Ampere, our mission is to bring STEAM education to rural, remote, and Indigenous communities across Canada. With limited resources but ambitious goals, we needed a project management tool that could help us work as efficiently as a for-profit business while staying focused on our mission to make a meaningful impact.

Monday's Project Management tool has become the backbone of how we run our operations, from program delivery to donor management to tracking our social impact. Specifically for our team that has grown rapidily post-pandemic, it’s been a game-changer in aligning our team, streamlining processes, and ensuring we have the shared view of work from any location, which was a pain point when everyone all of a sudden worked remotely. Now we have that shared view and common processes, that make it easy to know the status of everything in play!

One of the biggest boosts for us has been the WorkForms feature. With multiple teams working across different areas—programs, fundraising, operations, —tracking requests did not exist, responsibilities were unclear on task assignments. So now we all use WorkForms for all new incoming work requests or projects, and everything is automated, tracked, and connected, so there’s no more missed requests.

Custom Support has been good, despite the limitations of the plan available for Non Profits.

Implementation and intergation has been a relatively low lift, with a semi formal change management approach and ongoing intenal coaching on process development and sharing of tips & tricks on the platform.
We are up to 70% adoption in just over 1 year, across all departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for customization and setting up workflows takes time, but it's worth it. You’ll need to invest some effort upfront to learn and test a few automations before you can be confident that you are not missing updates/changes/dates/or tasks.

Some of the most powerful tools (like detailed user permisions and deeper analytics) are locked behind higher-priced plans which not for profits can get but they pay full price (no discount), so being creative and flexible has led to the best results in board designs.

If your team frequently works in remote areas with spotty connectivity, you might need to use offline mode, and most updates will get posted when back online.

Monday.com simplifies recruiting by allowing me to create detailed workflows for each stage of the hiring process. From tracking candidates’ progress to automating follow-ups, I can manage it all in one place. Onboarding new hires is just as seamless with customized templates that keep everything organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Client Management
My clients use Monday.com for onboarding, project management, offboarding, and even new hire communication. I customize boards to match their needs, making it easy for them to stay on top of their business operations.

Revenue Tracking
Monday.com is also my go-to for keeping an eye on my business's financial health. I track revenue streams and client billing, ensuring that I always know where I stand. The visual dashboards make it easy to see everything at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Monday.com—it’s an incredible tool! But if I had to pick one thing, it would be the process of setting up connections between boards. While the functionality is powerful and allows for great automation and cross-board collaboration, I’ve found it to be a bit tricky and time-consuming at times.

That said, once the connections are in place, they work seamlessly, and the platform is still one of the most user-friendly tools I’ve ever worked with. It’s a small trade-off for the immense value Monday.com brings to my business!
