High-quality Product for Businesses Small to Large

  • June 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The organization. Multiple departments. Multiple baords. It all makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a task can be difficult if you don't remember where you created it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving a communication block within our departments. We have a project manager that exclusively manages the boards and updates the teams on what is high priority and then manages our expectations of the development team accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, once we mapped out our own specific processes, implementation has been great. It also helps us be more integrated with different task completions triggering other tasks to begin, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to clear all my notifications at once as I usually check "My Tasks" or go to individual boards to see progress overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Monday just a couple weeks before everyone had to start WFH b/c of the pandemic. It kinda saved us b/c we were able to still manage all of these projects, plus it created visibility and transparency. Previously I would say we didn't really have that, we were all kind of cilo'd in our own spaces and on our own clients. It definitely helped with being a more integrated agency as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is like a bucket of legos that you can use to build what you need. Easy to build/program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there arent enough legos or the right types for what you need. The limitation on how many boards can roll up into a dashboard really hurts us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gantt chart is most helpful for visualizing project timelines

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Monday.com is that it helps me get organized. I create boards and I can tailor them from templates making getting started with the platform easy. I am also visual, so I love the fact that the platform is visual in nature with several ways in which you can see and access your data.

I am still working on using integrations within the platform- that is a whole other learning curve for me. I do have colleagues who use the integrations and it really does streamline your processes. That is next on my learning list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently i use Monday to organize my proccesses within my team. It puts everything in one place, we can see where we are in terms of completion and we can store our finished projects and data.

There are a lot of capabilities I don't take advantage of because I don't know that they even exist. I'd love to see more examples of use cases.

Monday is great! They offer a quality product with a lot of ways to customize it to meet your needs.

  • June 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is well-organized and user-friendly. The overall experience is straightforward and intuitive, particularly when handling the basic tasks that most users start with. We rely on it daily and have enjoyed using Monday to coordinate our team and manage our business processes, as well as to monitor the progress and completion of tasks and projects. One feature we appreciate is the ability to customize columns to fit our specific needs, along with the option to set up automations that help keep our work moving efficiently. Monday consistently innovates and enhances their product, which makes our work easier. Some of their latest features have notably improved our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find myself overwhelmed by the sheer number of options available. There are numerous features that I either don't know about or don't fully understand how to use, and I'm unsure when I'll have the opportunity to learn more about them. The ability to dive deep into automations is certainly valuable and can be very helpful, but it can also feel a bit cumbersome to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage many of our projects through Monday task items, groups, and boards. We create our project charters through Monday docs so that it is easily accessible to anyone on the project. We also handle our feedback loops as a company through Monday forms and boards. We are assigning tasks and projects, leaving comments, and much more.

Good Data in a Snap

  • June 04, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our onboarding team organize ourselves and process customers in a much neater and organized way. The dashboards are extremely helpful in providing quick snapshots of our customers without having to dig through countless support tickets or notes to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure that I've necessarily found a downside. I would always like things to be a bit cheaper, but as someone who works in the tech sphere, I understand why things cost the way they do. So, I'm not upset about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create phases of onboarding, enter customers into the process and then progress them through each phase.
