Monday is used every day of the week

What do you like best about the product?
Having used Assana, Trello, Jira, monday offers all the functiobality an SME business needs whilst also being an absolute pleasure to use. We love using its forms for our clients to upload their briefs, then apply automation to unsure if connects with our teams workflow, keeping us on top of and responsive to client demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not that easy to keep track of the tasks assigned to me personally across multiple boards. Theres additional agency specific functionality that would help keep on top of workloads and manage human resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has us onboard clients with workflow templates. We also plan to build all of our company SOPs and documentation into it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great because it's easy to use. Starting a new project with several groups of tasks is easy, it's our go-to platform at work for keeping various pieces of a single project in one place, and for documenting all of our correspondence with clients. It has become the central hub for all of our projects, but we only utilize it for basic project management. I feel like there are lots of features and use cases that exist that are not readily adopted by the entire agency. Like, for the sake of making everything simple for everyone, only the most basic features are ever used, standard boards. Some of the Dashboards look interesting though.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent email notifications for every thread update I'm mentioned in can be a bit annoying, maybe start having Monday send AI summaries instead?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it's solving is organizing tasks and contributions for multiple team members on various projects. If it wasn't for Monday, everything we work on would be archived in Slack and Email, which would make searching for anything specific an absolute nightmare.

Monday.com has an easy-to-use interface that provides a clear visual component, making it easy to see how projects are progressing.

Monday.com is best for those in marketing roles, not great for those managing client info, such as sales.

Monday.com provides an easy way of keeping vital information organized.

Amazing tool for procedures

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is use, to configure and to make new projects. It looks nice and the automatizations work amazing. I use it daily in my company and works as a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the payment it works on group of 5 users. It sometimes was difficult to make automatic payments however it was solved eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, control and giving tools to deliver tasks to workers.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is very easy to navigate and intuitive to use. The range of features allows the user to keep elevating and improving their work.
Our customer support team has also been super attentive and flexible with us which has helped the experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features can sometimes be a little wonky and the tables/graphs options can be limiting when you want to create visuals of your data.

Centralization and data collection of the projects we work on.

Great Experience with Monday

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep me and my team organized and stay on track on projects/deadlines.
It helps me, as a project manager, better see the progress of our projects and help manage them better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is great but I would like to see some added functionality when it comes to things like approvals or multi-person processes.

The most perfect user friendly and intuitive project management tool for marketing and design

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how intuitive it is, super user friendly and I love that is has everything I need for marketing and design but it is not overwhelmingly robust like other project management tools that end up making the process originally intended to be more efficient, inefficient and difficult to navigate. It gives me the ability to create boards for each aspect of my job and add projects accordingly to keep things everything organized under each task. I love the freedom to create my status for each open project or archive finished ones with one click. I use this every day and it is part of my daily life to stay on track and stay organized. I love the new improvements and capabilities, hopefully they can continue improving their integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I didn't have to tag people every time so that they actually get notified, sometimes I forget to tag and they miss my comments even though they are part of the task but I am getting used to just tagging so it is second nature now. I also wish they would bring back the integration with Slack. Lastly sometimes when team members add comments, I see the comments numbered and displayed on the right side of the doc being marked up but I am having to find the matching numbers on the document that many times don't display clearly or at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping the entire marketing team stay organized. It is a place where we can all see deadlines and the status for every project and be able to see how wons what. I am an art director and it is helping me so much with feedback after completing a project. I love that there is a space for everything and it is clearly labeled. Every project has its own house which is helping us tremendously keep tasks organized. We are full remote company and everything is on google drive so being able to include links, attachment, files, etc and have a main tasks with subtasks at tied to the parent proct is great it makes thing very easy to find and files easy to access.Before monday projects where coming in via email, slack, you name it and nothing was in one place, leaving projects without ownership and missing deadlines, now productivity is better than ever, visibility is excellent and everyone know where things are and how it is moving along.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and automations that are automatically provided are incredibly useful and time saving. The platform is very intuitive and easy for our staff to utilize with their own systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation customizations are not available at this time, so when I want to do a very specific set-up for myself, it isn't always possible.
