Easily the Best PM Tool We've Used

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, train
Setup is very flexible and accomodates almost any style of work process
Navigation and UX makes it easy to keep track of multiple client boards and their projects
Simple setup for integrating with Slack and HubSpot, and entries can be updated directly from Slack without going back to Monday
What do you dislike about the product?
Lowest priced tier loses too many features to make it worth it, middle tier is pricey if you are a small agency with less than 5 users (which is the minumum while the basic tier minimum is three, but NO guests).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and organization of work between clients and vendors

2) One should be able to add different column headings in the same board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Mondaym.com for task management. It helps keep an eye on everything that's been going on in the organization and help us plan for the future as well. We use Monday for offline and online task management and it is equally helpful in both areas. We like Monday.com sleepare and using it for last 6 years.

A Versatile Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's workflow management is an efficient integration in our company. Having a host for communication and storage of information in a streamlined manor has helped us improve our field and ops teams. We use Monday.com daily and have found it to be a simple tool to add processes to. When we have issues, the support team has been nothing but helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things Monday.com suffers from is a byproduct of what it offers. By it being a plug-and-play workflow manager, there will naturally be use cases that cannot be met by its software. However, the staff mitigate this by allowing companies to create their own solutions through MondayDev.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of customers that we need to keep track of, so the ability to create boards specific to their needs is extremely helpful. Monday.com is growing the number of items a board can handle, and as our customer base grows, we increasingly need it!

This is a fantastic platform for keeping the events of your day organized and laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a downside... I wish more people in my company used it.

I have debilitating ADHD and monday.com has helped my supervisor and myself keep on track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the empowerment it gives users to customize project boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customization can seem overwhelming at first, some colleagues struggled to learn the new platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps keep our teams accountable with deadlines and feedback. It also helps our creative team manage projects and see where a project is on the timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration and tagging people features. The mobile app is brilliant

It's too easy to unintentially move tasks

It is allowing us to track progress across multiple tasks and KPIs that have multiple people contributing to it

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday like a digital planner, it helps me break down all aspects of a project or task into smaller, achievable chunks. It feels great to mark something "done." I especially like being able to delegate a task to members of my team by tagging them on an item.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using monday.com, in my opinion, is that it can be a challenege when you and your teammates have different task management styles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It put my "to-do' list in one specific place, it benefits me because I see a whole overview of my entire project.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is incredibly user friendly and makes tracking complex projects fairly simple. I like the fact that there are many premade columns to choose from for organizing projects and the notification system is really heplful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if members on a team can create private boards even if they are not the primary account holders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many different research trials running simotenously it was becoming difficult to regularly check on the status of each study. With Monday we have boards for every study and are email notified when a new task deadline is approaching.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday, I was able to improve the management of my team, accessing both the computer and cell phone, the visitor agent, task list and monitoring the progress of projects. The way of using it is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I don't like it, but I haven't yet learned how to use the advanced formula features to automate routines within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
didn't know how many projects my team was handling, nor the progress of each of them or whether they were stopped or not. With Monday I was able to establish a routine and manage deliveries with much more agility and ease.
