I think Monday.com is a great tool for task management within a small or large team.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday like a digital planner, it helps me break down all aspects of a project or task into smaller, achievable chunks. It feels great to mark something "done." I especially like being able to delegate a task to members of my team by tagging them on an item.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using monday.com, in my opinion, is that it can be a challenege when you and your teammates have different task management styles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It put my "to-do' list in one specific place, it benefits me because I see a whole overview of my entire project.
Project ease with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is incredibly user friendly and makes tracking complex projects fairly simple. I like the fact that there are many premade columns to choose from for organizing projects and the notification system is really heplful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if members on a team can create private boards even if they are not the primary account holders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many different research trials running simotenously it was becoming difficult to regularly check on the status of each study. With Monday we have boards for every study and are email notified when a new task deadline is approaching.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday, I was able to improve the management of my team, accessing both the computer and cell phone, the visitor agent, task list and monitoring the progress of projects. The way of using it is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I don't like it, but I haven't yet learned how to use the advanced formula features to automate routines within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
didn't know how many projects my team was handling, nor the progress of each of them or whether they were stopped or not. With Monday I was able to establish a routine and manage deliveries with much more agility and ease.
Excellent project tracker for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability it processes to interact love with my team through the project tracking. The feature of including attachments and even inviting external clients is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be demanding to set up and get right before it settles into the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm unaware of monday.com providing improvements at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to create different boards for different topics and the ability to add files and other resources to the board topic as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right board can be problematic, but I think that is more an internal company issue with the naming of the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one stop communication and collaboration space with CEO and other team members. I know right where to go to get the latest updates on mtg agendas, new sales resources, marketing campaigns etc.

checking things off the list is very gratifying and I like the reminder emails

I haven't run into any issues yet besides merging two accounts which we eventually got solved.

Monday.com is helping our teams interact and stay on track with due dates even when we aren't all able to be in the same place to catch up.
Keeps us on the same page
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep checklists of my many transactions at my fingertips. My assistant and I have very different schedules, and it's a great way for us to stay in communcation about where we are with our tasks and what we might need from each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found that I didn't like was their CRM- you could enter email addresses, but I couldn't find a way to have physical addreses entered for the purposes of mail-outs, client birthday reminders and other info that I personally need from a CRM.

My assistant takes care of a lot of time-eating tasks to that I can focus on caring for my clients. With Monday, I can keep an eye on the details, making sure things get done, and saving a ton of time by being able to digitally delgating my tasksn
Monday utilizes bright colors and graphs to organize data, making data look more pleasant to the eye
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love getting to color code items, as well as adding emojis here and there. I love that Monday has small animations as well, which lightens the mood when entering data. It also makes things easy when working with a team, collaborating can be difficult but Monday makes things simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Monday would allow us to "tab" through each item, rather than having to click on each item in order to fill out information. Using the "tab" function would make editing SO much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps organize all of our incoming leads for sales, and has an easy-to-use graph/table function to automatically organize data points. I love that the graphs/charts are automatically populated.
Workflow Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an effective platform when it comes to creating interdepartmental efficiency in the process of onboarding and offboarding employees. By setting up the workflow, each person and/or department can ensure that new hires, role changes, and terminations are moving forward as needed. The ability to communicate through the platform also helps in making sure that pieces are not missed and that everyone is on the same page. Once set up, the platform is easy to use, and the general day-to-day involves just a few clicks on behalf of each participant. We use this platform daily as employees are either hired, fired, or moved into new roles. Ultimately, the platform has helped us stabilize our processes and has enhanced the collaboration that goes on between departments with regard to the dynamics of employment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ability to communicate through the platform is helpful, it currently takes shape in the form of comments. It may be helpful to enhance this with some more efficient form of direct messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in my review, Monday.com has helped us solve any lingering inefficiencies in the process of onboarding and offboarding employees. It has enhanced interdepartmental collaboration since everyone using the platform can see where an employee is in the process, and they can therefore ensure that their pieces of the grander puzzle are completed. As Payroll Administrator, the platform helps me verify items such as start dates, end dates, transition dates, the reasons for any of these changes, and I-9 reception. Prior to using Monday.com, it was easy for details to be missed, and for departments to be unsure of where an employee was at in the process. Monday.com has helped to resolve these kinds of issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has become our go-to for communicating, scheduling and time-managment software. It has allowed us to rapidly change priorities, with positive effects on our delivery times.

Although there is a learning curve, once you have spent some time with the boards and automations, it becomes very clear and easy to customize to the individuals needs.
