Monday.com is the first project manager tool that has ever stuck
What do you like best about the product?
I've implemented perhaps a dozen different project management tools in my small businesses since the early 2000s. I've rolled out Microsoft Project and other maximal tools, as well as the most minimalist approaches, leveraging simple apps and methodologies. In every case, every approach has failed in my employee user acceptance, leading to patchy use of the project management tool and, therefore, failure to project manage at all.
Monday.com, which I was initially skeptical of, has achieved full user acceptance and we use it in every single project and client.

What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing can be inflexible and pricey. There are several key features that are unavailable to the more modest license costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting project statuses to clients is almost effortless.
Quickly capturing tasks, even small ones, is arguably easier than writing a Post-It Note.

The management app for software companies is an extremely viable and modern option.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great management app for securing data efficiently from clients, businesses and investors.
The management features are available for both Development Teams and General Team management (and whatever breakout teams you want to add to it).
The ability to organize effectivly via Monday and as a CRM is much more enjoyable in comparisson to Salesforce and better than Asana in terms of ease of use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the it would be better only if you could add customizable dashboard options so I can make things look more like I prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps my team stay on task and deliver results effectivly. The UI UX is a bit easier on the eyes than other CRMs and the curve to learn how Monday functions for new users is low.

What do you like best about the product?
it is easy to integrate with zapier and it has all the necessary filters to keep track of customer lifecycle stages, custom fields we can create effortlessly and it is an intuitive platform so it's simple to understand the journey
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with certain tool integrations like seamless.ai we cannot connect it directly with monday crm but we had to do it via zapier first and then the moday crm it makes it little complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday is able to give us the exact idea about where the customer is in lifecycle stage and it gives insights about which particular channel is giving us the results and which is not working for us , channelwise , campaign wise , ad group wise data which is easier to understand
A project manager's thoughts on Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
1. I have extensively used Monday for my day to day job as a project manager as well as helped several brands and business adopt to Monday or migrate to Monday.com from their existing softwares. When I say different brands and different businesses they typically range from online retail stores, ecommerce shops, dropshipping businesses, elearning businesses and many more.
2. I truly recommend using Monday to small to medium scale enterprises because of its ease of use in different ways such as maintaining a kanban board for daily activities in the business or be it managing huge chunk of data from different places and accomodate them in daily workflows.
3. I do like its integration capabilities as well, besides offering tons of no-code integration with platforms like CognitoForms, Gmail, Slack, and Twilio etc.

1. Their customer support is not super great but helpful eventually after a decent waiting time which I think should be improved in certain areas.
2.Users should be able to see all notes linked to a task without needing to open each one individually, but Monday.com currently lacks this capability, which can impact workflow efficiency. For instance, a project manager noted that the need to open each task to access notes caused missed details and slowed productivity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager it help me keep track on the daily activites of a given project while different departments are working and to also help keep all the important resources stick together.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, friendly look and feel (UI). I can add the columns that I want and I can filter my lists by priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to navigate sometimes, and you have to be on a certain page to add a board.

Gives me a place to put all my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with coworkers and share files, deadlines and ideas. It was very easy to learn and we use it almost everyday!

Nothing! I love everything about monday and have never had any complaints about it

It creates a place for you to see all your work and track others progess along with your own on projects.
Great Project Tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the entire UI of how the issues and user stories are displayed in the tool and helps alot in identifying and tracking the issues with many more tags being added to it. This is very easy to implement and maitain. the customer support is very good in this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on the frequency of use of this tool we need it to be integrated with other systems but that process is not easy to do so and we need product teams support to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a pretty big project we needed to complete in a more efficient way and monday.com helped us with our sprint based agile approach of completing our project
Great task flow tracker
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday.com is that I always know exactly what’s assigned to me, when it’s due, and if there are any new suggestions from my superiors. With just one quick glance at the platform, I can be sure I haven’t missed a thing. Plus, my team can check the progress anytime without needing to reach for the physical file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan only offers basic features and limits the number of users. To access more advanced tools or support a larger team, it has to be paid and the costs can add up significantly. All depends on company needs though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganization and poor communication. It brings everything into one place, It keeps tasks, deadlines, and project details well organized, no stress something was forgotten, and also team members or leader can see updates directly and comment on it No need of sending email back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
its adaptability and intuitive user interface. Adapting to different team demands is made simple by the flexible workflows, and visual project tracking keeps everyone in sync. Its ability to be integrated with other tools boosts efficiency even further, making it an excellent option for project management. Additionally, the task tracking system and the task and subtask graph view are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't create a subtask under the subtask when it needs.Some users report lag or slow loading times, particularly with larger boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help to track task overview and its update through out project duration which is very collabrative. Also some time before i used wrike where the attached document are listed in one line which is totally frustrated when explain task with its respectively image. So monday solve this problem by manage task structure in a better and standard way.

I love the flexiblity of the system. You can customize it to meet your needs. There are templates to use as well and you can take those and tweak them to meet your needs. I am learning how to use the autmations and it is a process that I am enjoying.

I do feel like there are so many things that it can be a little overwhelming. They do have support systems to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is providing a systematic way to keep up with contacts and interations with them. It also helps me keep up with projects and where I stand with them. I am able to keep up with details that I would otherwise forget or lose track of.
