Excellent Work Management Platform with TONS of Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of deployment and the flexibiliyt of design. Almost any work/project management functionality can be designed with the platform.
TONS of integrations, apps (native and community), and automations. Pretty robust community help center as well with loads of use cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is some shortcomings with automating the sub-item level. The sub-items additional parts of any "item" that sits in your work/project management board.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a tech-enabled travel agency. This is the best platform for managing our trips, clients, vendors and more. It helps us keep everything aggregated to a few boards and increases team collaboration. The industry and our team is very dynamic... so the flexibility in design and redesign on the platform far outstrips the use case of typical "travel agency software."
Additionally, it's used for project management for the leadership/strategic team. Excellent features, collaboration tools, updates and more. Additional views for a board (such as Kanban and calendar) are super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It reduces repetitive work — like sending reminders, updating statuses, or moving items between boards automatically.
It connects with tools like Slack, Google Drive, Outlook, and Zoom — which helps keep everything synced.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once a board gets too big it can sometimes slow down or get laggy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immigration cases often have many steps: intake, document gathering, submission, receipt, follow-ups, interviews, status decisions, maybe appeals and monday helps me with reminding about deadlines.
A fantastic platform that keeps all of our projects humming along
What do you like best about the product?
Across the board, monday.com is the most efficient, user-friendly and enjoyable software we've used to manage our creative projects. With 100+ members, we all seamlessly use monday.com without any issues, and it's helped us quickly transform our department into a well oiled machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any issues or dislikes with monday.com, other than that we have to be in it at all times!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has solved our issue of missed communication, tasks and having an overview of everyone's work. We use monday.com for 100% of all creative marketing projects and with the full team on board and constantly using it, we always have a full vision of how many projects we're working on and the status of every individual tasks. The ability to customize templates has allowed us to use monday.com for any type of project imaginable.
I can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
How easily I can manage all my tasks in one place, as well as it's many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricey - so I think more options for those running a smaller business would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking my many many spreadsheets and documents and allowing me for the first time to have everything in one place.

Performance, flexibility, and how can I handle big amounts of information for projects, processes, and simple tasks.

The lack of wide integrations and almost all integrations are behind a paywall

Track my daily tasks follow up on the main projects, and report my work to my leader
Monday is a adaptable tool/solution (Magic)
What do you like best about the product?
The extreme flexibility to do what you can imagine and if you have challenges trying to create a "flow", there is no shortage of tips, guides, and assistance. Even when things are not technically possible with a few workarounds and a little bit of brainstorming it can "be possible".
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations to certain elements for ex. the limit of the labels, I usually find myself using this particular section for various use cases and I'm left wishing I could add more (I like the color and structure of the "labels".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me create a versatile contact solution, when there are new employees, we have a contact form that our staff inputs, and then that information is ported over to a directory group. It helps us create an adaptable "to do list" as well, better than Google Tasks or Google Calendar. We can visually see what's do today, tomorrow, and next month and we can add or take away as needed. For the contact list we have a group created contacts and another named Term for when employees are no longer here.
Efficient and easy to organize
What do you like best about the product?
My job is very rhythmic, so it's very helpful to have automations that keep me on schedule with my daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks. I also love that I have the ability to create procedural checklists and then copy them to my "tasks" board when it's time to execute. It's also great that monday.com is flexible and can work for a variety of workstyles and needs. In addition to how I use it, we have team members using it for project management, CRM, meeting agendas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the features and finding a way to use it as I want can be a bit of a headache. I also think I'm probably not using it to its full potential because I don't know/understand all the feature availabilites and don't have a concise/clear way to be exposed to it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to carry around a massive planner with clear sections for time-blocking, idea generation, yearly planning, etc. It was great and worked, but it was also heavy and cumbersome. Having monday.com does all of the same work, yet I now have easy access anywhere I go, without adding any weight to my bag.
Highly useful organization and communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com as an organization tool, as well as a communication tool for the several projects I work on, has proven to be the most beneficial in my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the webpage is slow and bogs down. I am not sure of the cause. I will be typing a post and the letters and words will take 30 sec to a minute to register and appear. Other times, uploading a screenshot or document within my post can time a while or have an error loading altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central location for organizing our projects and their individual tasks and deadlines all in one place, allowing for collaboration, tracking and sharing status updates.
It is a management tool that can support any type of person.

That no more sub-tasks can be added within the same point.

Make the management of a project more agile and easy in an organized way, allowing us to visualize the information like Power BI.
