Great for Project & Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com at various organizations and can't say enough great things about monday.com's work management - it's easy to use / intuitive, has a great, easy to follow layout, and has a lot of automations to help keep track of things like deadlines, follow-ups, and various others. I also use Work Management to create dashboards and reports to help drive accountability and keep track of business and team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see more integration automations with Microsoft Outlook, as well as subitems, but I believe the Monday team is actively working on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep projects and tasks stay on time and focused
The best Project Management App for any department
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely easy to start using, but has a ton of possibilities for project management when you really dig into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little confusing to jump between different workspaces and figure out where you last left off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me and my team, it's a very obvious one: We used to rely on spreadsheets for everything and it's a ton of manual work and just not very modern. Monday is a massive step up all around the board and has allowed our initiatives to become almost twice as efficient.
Monday.com Promotes Team Work
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com to track and schedule a number of different aspects of our multiple companies. The live time information shared across the team is invaluable. The app also makes it easy to update work boards and share information while it is relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only disappoinment to date has been the fact that you can not add on a feature for only a select few team members who may use it. If you want to purchase an add-on (ie, Smart Spreadsheet), you have to pay an additional monthly fee for each seat on the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field personnel and office personnel are able to share real time data which saves time and money.
Great platform for work organization that had a significant impact on our company
What do you like best about the product?
We managed to adapt the platform to our organizational structure and to our various workflows. It also functions as a safe and organized environment for us to record everything that happens during our production, and the automations we created helped us save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A limitation that still hinders us is the fact that we cannot automate with columns that have been mirrored from other boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main use of the platform is to control the production of textbooks in our company. Through the use of the platform, we were able to organize the production from the prospecting of the works to the delivery of the printed book at our distribution center.
Intuitive and Effective Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management has been very intuitive for creating tasks and assigning them to others. This platform solves all my problems related to task management and team management, allowing us to be more communicated and aligned regarding project progress. I especially value the creation of tasks and boards, which are the most used and crucial features of the platform. Additionally, the integration with Slack keeps us informed when there are updates on tasks, which significantly improves our cohesion and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite my use of monday Work Management being quite simple, I recognize that there are some more complex configurations available. However, I feel that there could be more information to use them more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management solves task and team management problems, improving communication and alignment in project progress.
Easily track items with quick updates and great visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating boards and items, ease of updating, being able to email updates. Great customer support when issues arrise.

Seemingly frequent issues causing all funcitons to not work.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I love the most is that I can keep track of all my projects and everyone else can get the information they need right away. I use the link to SharePoint and they can easily access the documents referenced to that project or activity.

Basically nothing. It's so great and has a lot of ways to connect with other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone can access the information live. I don't get requests to te haré my excel file anymore. They just go there and get the info they need.
Everything you need for project management
What do you like best about the product?
No matter what you want to do or how you want to do it in terms of project mangagement, Monday.com can do it. If you just want a simple done/not done setup, you can do that, if you need to collaborate on a project, you can do that, if you need automations and interlinkings and files and documents, you can do that. I use it every day for a variety of reasons, and there's always a way to do what needs to be done and simply stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docs are very helpful, but some of the functionality around them could be improved. The main two issues I've had with docs are: Formatting of text inside docs can get messed up easily and hard to fic when pasting content. And secondly, if a doc is in an item and the item is moved or deleted, the doc is not stored in a trash section where it could be recovered in case that was done in error.

There are a lot of things to do and many aspects of projects to be worked on, and Monday keeps everything organized and easy to access.
