Easy, Organized and Accessible, Monday has advanced my work efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate easily cross functionally. Monday has made it easy to streamline conversion while keeping the conversion organized on one specific topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much but the maybe having a notification box somewhere or a feature that shows what pulses I am tagged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the issue of staying organized while carrying an abundance of different tasks. It also allows your to priortize tasks which makes it easier to solve issues and keep clients happy.

What do you like best about the product?
The grouping feature allows me to easily manage large classes of people and organize them. Simple UI, great color scheme.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website takes awhile to load but that also may be my internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to forecast my classrooms and how many people I will be expecting.

Pretty good to get your team organized!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its an easy way to keep the team organized while not making them feel like they are being watched or babysitting them! I appreciate that its something you can use daily to help keep track of small subtasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very easy to get your boards disorganized or lose some of your tasks. At first it was a challenge to get the team to start to use it and integrate it because we have a lot of older staff who didnt understand it very much but after a while they did catch on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us see what small tasks were being forgotten or being let slip through the cracks even beyond the due dates which helped us strategize on how to better sustain the work we have.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday for everything from collaborative team projects to content management to submitting tasks across departments. It is super flexible and that is SO helpful when you wear a lot of hats/bounce from project to project pretty regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it was easy for me to adopt I don't think it is for everyone, therefore getting people on board to use it as the single source of truth during a project can be a little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday offers our team a single platform to manage and collaborate on projects, submit tasks, and maintain a papertrail of requests across departments. This would be difficult without a tool like Monday and nothing would get done!

Everything in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday.com for the ease of combining all of my data in one place. I used spreadsheets to keep track of my data in the past, and had a separate spreadsheet for my projects. With Monday.com, I can combine everything into one spreadsheet. I also like the ability to use forms to allow customers to fill in information that is transferred to the board automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view is a bit clunky. I sometimes have trouble finding projects easily, but it is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves my problems with managing multiple projects with multiple platforms. I can now manage my projects in one platform. This saves time and helps keep my projects running smoothly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a singular place to access and store all files and documents for a project while easily accessing the status of a project. It has been amazing for streamlining our work as a team and allows us to have updates daily without having to go back and forth. Any time I've had questions about features, I've been able to reach out to customer support and get answers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say negatively about Monday.com. The hardest part is getting adoption of use from some internal stakeholders, but that's not a platform issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com eliminates miscommuniation across different departments within our organization to better serve clients and streamline our processes to allow for ontime completion of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a huge help for organizing our clients and customers. Using different boards and automations quickly lets me find the exact content that I am looking for and speed up the process
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to fully take advantage of the system. Once you spend time watching tutorials or going through the website it no longer feels overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my customers and accounts in simple clean views helps to streamline my work process. Additionally, being able to uplaod documents is very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with external parties. I love the app functionality and the ability to auto-send notifications/reminders. It is an amazing tool to work with multiple parties on multiple items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a better way to present open task items in more of a snapshot view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping clients inbox clean and having one place for everything.

Monday for beginners

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a decent system, i had never used it before and building it out and setting it up was pretty straightforward. while i am sure i have not used all the features available for the software. My team uses it multiple times a day. It was very easy to set up adn integrate with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They increased the price. I had paid a fixed price for a long time and they changed the price. Not a big issue tho
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday for our recruitment management software for thousands of applicants applying to our company

What do you like best about the product?
Is way easier to keep patients' demos and other information. What is very useful is that our whole team can see the same information for each patient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is necessary to add a patient on the Leads Board in order to see it in the Tracking Board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making Monday.com more easier to use and understand
