Streamlined Workflow and Communication Centralization

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage columns easily and assign them to team members as needed, which enhances our workflow organization. The capability to chat and attach documents directly within the relevant parts of the project or process is extremely beneficial, as it consolidates all necessary communication and documentation in one accessible location. This feature reduces the need to search through old emails or manage separate files on different computers, thereby streamlining our project management process. With all communication regarding projects in one place, every team member can view, reference, and access past discussions efficiently, which significantly improves team collaboration. The setup of monday Work Management was fairly easy and intuitive, which was a great relief. Additionally, I am inclined to recommend it highly to others, as evidenced by the fact I've already done so before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of functionality for auto-recurring projects. Currently, I have to manually copy the prior month's tasks for processes like our accounting month-end closing. It would be more efficient if this could be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to streamline workflow management, ensuring every team member knows their tasks and deadlines. It centralizes all communications and files, enhancing efficiency and project tracking for our real estate leases.

Structured Frameworks and Templates That Save Time

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the structured approach and the way it offers frameworks and templates, which save me from having to begin with a blank page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the tiered pricing structure, where you have to pay extra for features that I feel should be standard on the platform. It’s also frustrating that inviting guests eventually increases your seat count, which leads to additional charges. While I get the reasoning behind this, the way it’s implemented feels sneaky and lacks transparency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made it much easier to track workflows for our course portfolios and to report on our current status. It streamlines the process and helps us stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well the software lets me adapt templates to my needs, create multiple views and dashboards, and interfaces with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to have personal workspaces not overcrowded by lots of team boards not relevant to your specific work (which is likely more about how our org set it up rather than the capabilities of the software)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can group and regroup times in various views that help suit needs (eg participants for different breakout groups and activities). I can track work I do for and with colleagues wirh dashboards. I can oraganise my portfolio of projects to help manage tasks and crunch times as well as milestones across multiple projects.

Intuitive UI once the system is set up correctly

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the tool is pretty intuitive once the setup is done correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of all of the notifications it sends out but after getting more familiar with the platform, I was able to build rules in my Outlook instance to organize where I needed things to go in order to manage all of the emails. Then I discovered where to set my email preferences in Monday.com. I also am not a fan of how I have a particular view in Monday and the email notifications default to a different view whenever I click on the CTA in the emails. As soon as I change the view to MINE, the comments on the right rail disappear, which causes me to have to go hunting for the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve what needs attention at any moment in time and helps us make specific people accountable for their tasks. It quickly identifies who's not doing their job or where a bottleneck exists in our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use of monday Work Management. The colors and the visual breakdown are incredibly beneficial, especially for someone like me who is neurodiverse, making it straightforward and user-friendly. I have tried numerous project management software in the past, but none have come close to the excellence of monday Work Management. The platform's simplicity and intuitive design truly stand out, providing a stellar experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the current pricing policy of monday Work Management, as it seems unfair and inequitable that UK-based non-profits, such as mine, don't receive a discount despite US-based non-profits having that benefit. This discrepancy in pricing policy feels quite unjust and potentially excludes a sizeable portion of the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to streamline virtual team communication, enabling us to manage projects and processes effectively despite differing schedules.

Flexible Project Planning with Powerful Automation

What do you like best about the product?
It creates the visual plan for our projects, progress, and roadmap in a space that we and our client can see and handle. I like being able to handle everything in groupings and not being locked into any set out of the box structure. We use different groupings for each client, and it is great to have so much control over it.

Love the automation and the ability to tie together multiple boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about it. It is a vital part of our daily work practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We handle multiple projects for each of our enterprise clients and continually have a lot of moving parts at various stages of the project. Monday is our single source of truth between us and our client about the status of all of those project parts, what is planned, and what has been done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com keeps my projects and communications organized and easy to track. It gives me a clear snapshot of what’s happening across all areas so nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit hard to sift through when there are too many boards. If there was a simplet way to streamline views and keep only the most relevant information visible, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my projects organized and communicate clearly with my team. Because everything is in one place, I can manage deadlines, approvals, and updates more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The structure, integrations, dashboards, colorfulness, number of features, easy of use, easy to implement and teach new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The kanban review isn't as good, as compared to other applications that specialize more in those, like Trello or Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives structure to my projects and it allows me to invite customers as guests, so we can collaborate on the project together.

Intuitive UI, Automations, Templates, Webhook integrations, Very fast learning curve and implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really designed to support thousands of items / sub-Items a day.
The mobile app is not useful at all. Very slow. Internal development doesnt run on the App.

Whole process is defined in ne tool with full collaboration and visibility.
