monday.com is a robust platform with many options. Integration can be made complicated depending on the person who sets up the project management boards..

monday.com sets priorities across multiple departments which keeps everyone on a project informed and working efficiently.
Versatile Boards and Instant Updates Boost Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the boards. The instant updates, shared information, and updated technology help our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations are clunky it can be hard to what I want work but I can find a work around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! We are separated in offices, and it has helped us with organization and communication between departments. It has helped us to stop interrupting individual workflow.

I believe if we could have an agile board to visualize different boards, it would be better

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple and easy to use. Never have an issues with access, security or billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up automations. I find it is limited or can be a bit time consuming

Flexible Automation and Board Integration is a Winner
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility that monday Work Management offers, especially with its automation capabilities, which make my workflow much smoother and efficient. Being able to connect several boards together and have them work simultaneously is fantastic. I also find it incredibly useful to create items on each board from one task, which greatly enhances productivity and task management within my team. Additionally, the board efficiently handles critical processes like the onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as adding service roles to our insurance database, streamlining our workflow operations significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that once a column is created with items in it on Monday Work Management, it cannot be changed. This static nature limits flexibility when adjustments are necessary after items have been added. For example, spelling errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to streamline ticket submission for software changes and manage employee onboarding and offboarding efficiently.

Maybe an easier guide on all the different options you have in a Monday board and what it’s capable of. A quick info simple example guide.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps make for a smoother work flow throughout the day. I use it multiple times throughout the day, and find it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have much to say negative about Monday's functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems by allowing me to see who is working on what and when. Making sure projects are being cared for in a timely manner.
Seamless and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Its so seamless and easy to use and connect with teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the updates section a bit confusing at times, and I don't particularly enjoy it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaborating with everyone on the team no matter where they are working from so easy to navigate. We get the job done much faster!
Essential Tool for Organizing and Managing Team Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday Work Management to organize my work responsibilities, as well as coordinate projects with my broader team. I love being able to update each task and break tasks into subtasks, as well as having a centralized place for notes. I highly recommend Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that it's not super user friendly at first and is a bit of a learning curve to use Monday.com to the fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is trying to solve disorganized communication during cross-collaboration projects and work management. It benefits me because we have a central place to host all the steps on a project and communicate to ensure the project is completed on time and to the best of our abilities.
So easy to collaborate and simple to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to share project status with all members of the team, and to move things around from group to group and board to board. It is also very easy to duplicate boards and reuse them. I love the flexibility of creating my own status tags and managing who can review, comment, and add. The search functionality is also very strong. We also use it for registration forms, submission forms for contests, and other similar projects and it aggregates content in such an easy to use way! I use it all day long every day. Getting it set up required a little bit of training but once we understood the basics it's pretty darn WYSIWYG.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's because we are using it for something it was not designed to do, but I would love to see more options for using the tool to gather survey responses. We use it in that capacity sometimes but being limited only to a 5-star scale keeps us from using it more. The same with registration forms; the tool isn't really designed for it so we've had some hiccups trying to nest questions. But these would be bonuses, not complaints.

Keeping track of projects across multiple lines of business so we are always delivering on time
Being a reliable and searchable repository of project activity so we can do accurate reporting - the graphs and other tracking features are so useful
Making it easy to keep conversations about the project in the project tracking location, so we are "out of email and Teams" and can easily keep up with everyone's questions, comments, and updates
Being a great source for forms and intake documents that we can flow directly into a project board - makes our Annual Meeting planning so much easier
Allowing for application of formulas so we can track can drive submissions across our offices and report out via our intranet in real time - what a motivator for our employees!
