My first experience with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday tool in the organization I work for aims to provide visibility to projects for the company, whether for the board, management or employees who are using the tool in their daily lives. In the company I work for, every new project that arrives is broken down and the tasks and subtasks of each stage are mapped. Not all sectors of the company are yet adhering to Monday, but with all the team's experience, we see every day that goes by that Monday is indispensable in our routine to ensure the success of our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation issues are only available in Monday CRM. In some improvements we were making to our Monday, we missed the possibility of sending an email to our customers as soon as a task was closed or was delayed, for example. There was an option, but the email could not be customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few days ago, my leader asked me to send him a report on the status of the projects of the clients I am serving via Slack. This same report was filled out on the client's board. When I came across a repeated activity, I informed my leader and we spoke to the project manager who is responsible for Monday's maintenance. After this conversation, she made an improvement and now we have a board where this weekly report is filled out and my leader can check the client's status on it. This improvement has increased the value of our time invested in tasks.
I'd recommend Monday.com any day of the week!
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Monday.com widely, and find it to be versatile and easy to use. Setting up boards is straightforward and tailoring the platform to our needs is easy.
I personally use Monday.com daily to manage many parts of my role, including timeframes, task tracking, sharing information, and reporting. It helps me stay organised and work through my daily tasks effectively. I would recommend Monday.com to anyone looking for a reliable tool to improve their workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the basic boards easy and straightforward but sometimes find the advanced fetaures a little tricky to master. In saying that, I have a Monday.com guru that I work with who is always happy to help me with these so am lucky in that sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage in my role from using Monday.com is the ease in keeping track of the huge amount of information I need to track. I like that I can custimise colums and rows and labels on the go if needed and having everything colour co-ordinated means I can get an idea on a large amount of information in one look.
Organizing & Monitoring Projects made it easier!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com basically provides all the needs in a system workflow that makes the work easy. From organizing files to monitoring project statuses and up to interacting and communicating with other workmates, this software is a total package. For me, the best part of this software is the automation and integration. With just one click or change a specific status, it will works like magic!
The implementation of this software in our company is a success because of its user-friendly UI that made them learned, understand and use it easily. Everyday usage of this software makes our work easy and organized. If we want to see a file rightaway, you can find it easily.
Customer Support has always been reliable too. Kudos to monday.com!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of this software is the retrieval of files you accidentally deleted on monday. Files will no longer be retrieved. So be careful when deleting files!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organizing and monitoring is a pain in any manufacturing company. You can't monitor all of your projects without missing a step or two in the process. But with monday, this solved our company's problem because all of your projects will be monitored in one board. I, myself, didn't miss any production process now.
Monday is perfect for outline a project timeline, as a CRM tool, and tracking hours
What do you like best about the product?
In my role it's extremely important to continously update and note specfics about the members in our community database. We use Monday to nuture and organize the data we learn from each of our members. This helps us connect members with the right oppurtunities and connect with them on a more personal level. The seamless integration Monday provides makes this possible! We use if often, and implement it with each project! It's very easy to use and customer support is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is truly bias! I wish the time tracking tool was in the lower tiered version!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing us to keep keen and careful notation about out Research Voices community. We lean on this community for our qualititative and quanitative research. Using Monday allows us to understand how to pair members with the right opportunities.

Keeping the team organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been very helpful to keep my team organized. Many of us use it daily to track much of our day to day tasks. There are so many ways to set things up and customize. There is a little learning curve for the people who are setting up the backend but for the end user it is easy to help them learn to use it.
We integrated with Tracket to also be able to track time spent on projects and for staff who need to track hourly time for payroll. I love the ability to create automations and copy boards.
All of the different views are also very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the default date field was month, day, year instead of just month and day. Also, the board sharing is sometimes challenging. Sometimes you think that you create a board that is shared with the whole team but they can't see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and task tracking for projects, events, marketing, sponsorhip tracking, shared calendar, time tracking for hourly employee.
Monday.com has made it easier and more effective for me to plan my day and streamline my job.

Its user design is quite adaptable and easy to understand. Projects can be started quickly because to the templates' user/friendly structure, which is clear from the first use. Monday.com's accuracy in task and meeting management is one of its most notable qualities. It enables fully transparent tracking of progress and coordination of responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is quite thorough, but because of its many features and settings, it can be a little difficult at first. But it's simple to perfect with a little time and effort.

From project updates to shared files, we can easily access important information thanks to Monday.com's ability to "centralize" data and duties. Its real/time collaboration features whether for a brief inquiry or creating an extensive report have been a crucial component in maximizing team productivity and group interaction.

The automations are helpful and offer a variety of ways to help reduce time and effort spent on tasks that could be done automatically thanks to the automations.
Also the overall simplicity of the software is a big plus. Being able to visualize and identify items or even issues quickly is helpful.

I wish there were more options to modify certain areas of the board. Some more detailed automations too would have been awesome.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is combining quite a lot of excel and word documents into one single platform. From time management to tasks management, it has been a great tool for our Operations and Engineering departments.
We are now also using Monday.com to visualize and gather data on workflow, deadlines, time management.

Monday does a great job of easing and simplifying group projects and planning ahead.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps all the information centralized and is especially helpful when creating repeated events/projects. It helps minimize the need for meetings when Work Management helps keep the team on track and organized. Also, enjoy the feature of automations that help move projects along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an easier way to copy & duplicate boards and select which information you want to move over/stay filled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping align and ease communication and planning across different teams. It benefits us with allowing people to stay focused on their tasks, not do double work or for us to miss anything. Especially when working with other departments.
