Analyze, control and time saving
What do you like best about the product?
On monday.com I can control everything that is going on with my team and actually, with my whole company. I can analyze everything that is going on: the status on every project, what every team member is working on, as well as every result, every number, and I can even create dashboards to show the board members our results at the end of the month. Monday.com was very easy to implement here, even after some reluctancy at first, and everyone loves it and uses it everyday. We don´t need anything else now, such as Excel. We had some minor issues with a few integrations at times, but the custumer support was very helpful, and solved everything we needed immediatly. I´m sure we will be using monday.com for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. There are somethings that I would like to see, such as different columms in different groups, on the same board, dupplicating a columm with the values on it, moving on columm to different boards. Tiny things, nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing we were able to solve with monday.com was being able the have everything registered, and not loose any data, wich was a big problem in our company.
We now have control and can track everything that is going on, and see easily what every one is working on.
Also, now is a lot easier to get the data that we need, all the numbers we the to present to the company board, and all the numbers we need to analyze how well each division is doing.

Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It duplicates boards and folders for easy of replicating project plans for similar projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, monday.com is very helpful for our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of projects, deadlines, contacts easily.
Monday has great functionality, is aesthetically appealing, and helps manage your daily projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look of Monday, the fact that it has numerous functions that you can customize to your needs, the ease of child-parent tasks, the fact that you can use gifs and emojis in comments and posts, and can react to comments and posts with emojis. It's bright and has good energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has bugs and errors frequently. Sometimes, it'll say Monday is down. There's an issue with tasks loading almost daily. I have to refresh it for it to function again. It's almost always resolved by refreshing your screen, which makes it bearable. Sometimes, the parent-child task function doesn't work, and I miss tasks. That could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of tracking tasks, knowing due dates and the timeline of projects, and collaborating on tasks.

The linkage between projects-when we try to link the ongoing tasks project to another project, we find it no very good

Helps Keep Small Team Organized Across Multiple Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use, love the animations and ability to color code based on the status of a project, as well as ability to upload files or links to make them easy for other team members to find
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on number of accounts allowed (and adding accounts can get pricey), also a little confusing in terms of how to set up accounts at different access levels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to work across two different teams and allow anyone on either team to see the status of a project, read the latest notes, and also share the information with other stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is visible to everyone in your group. This allows for communications to be all in one place, and easily accessed by the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. The program is quite inclusive. Possibly a more robust tutorial to get started so you don't have to discover things on your own as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for visibility on everything to everyone from anywhere. You aren't tied to a computer in the office or office board.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com helps me stay organized and on top of everything I need to do and remember. It's a place I use daily as I navigate my workday. It's great to have a place to keep everything all in one place. As I started this job I needed a place to put all my information that was simple yet comprehensive. I can customize it for my needs and it's pretty user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notifications were slightly easier to figure out and use. It would be nice to have an individual box to check if I want that specific notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a place to keep all the information I have collected. It helps with my workflow and where I am in the process of each task. I use My work to stay on top of daily tasks. I can put my reminders in and then not worry that I'll forget something.
