Projective management and collaboration with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
We find messaging threads within tasks to be quite useful, and the subcategories facilitate contextual conversations and project organization. It is easy to plan and fulfill deadlines when tasks are able to be reviewed by date. We maintain focus on medium- and long-term objectives by using OKR tracking. Lastly, Monday.com offers public and private dashboards that are flexible enough based on the requirements of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasionally little visual issues with the Mac desktop version that may interfere with the user experience; however, these issues are quickly resolved through updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can more effectively coordinate our work and match the goals of the client with our IT project plans thanks to Monday.com. Because of the software's clear job visibility, we have been able to create network infrastructure management systems for corporate clients with accuracy and timeliness.

So far, I'm satisfied with the monday.com application.

The calendar, it's easier to set the timeline now.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and interactive interface. Very easy to find things and know where projects stand.

Since it is online, sometimes the loading time is slow

Allows multiple teams to collaborate online and easily. Gives visibility to managers about what work is happening across teams.

It is solving the problem of synchronisation of updates among team members.

I love that you can connect projects to PageProof.

There is a slight delay between getting assigned projects and them popping up in my "my work" board.

You can apply Monday withing almost all teams within the organisation. Everyone can use it.

Sometimes it takes long to load the app.

It solves our daily tasks pretty well and saves our time of managing and arranging all the tasks at one place.

I haven't encountered any issue with momday.com yet.

Fantastic product and great for scaling your business
What do you like best about the product?
We use it in every team including Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Contracts/Operations. All of our processes run through Monday.com and help us organise every element of our business in one place.
We are a start up that has scaled a lot over the last few years, and Monday.com has helped with that. We initially were using it in a straightforward way, managing Report Cycles for clients, but now it has grown into a tool that we use to organise and manage our entire business.
Specific key elements that are great are the automations and the ability to build your own custom automations, and also the ability to integrate with other systems, like Outlook/Gmail.
You can build your own board up from scratch giving you complete autonomy of what you want to use the tool for.
The Customer Support is also very good and responses are very timely and bespoke to you, eg the CSMs create screen recordings and talk you through the proposed solution.
It is very affordable and is used frequently across the business by all times every day.

In some ways having to build your own boards and tools can initially be time consuming, as it is not necessarily a pre-built operating system/CRM tool.
Very occasionally, the automations fail which can cause issues, but there is a tool that explains why it failed and the steps to take to troubleshoot it.
As a CRM system for storing contacts, I also think Monday.com is not easy to use, but its other uses for us have out-weighed that.

Being able to scale our business and have all elements of our business in one centralised place. Every team in the business can jump in and see what another team is doing. Its automations are also taking manual tasks away, eg notifications that invoices have been paid or commission management for sales reps.
Monday.com is so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service. They will help with anything very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions on the columns are not ideal but they are working on fixing them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on column restrictions, and that makes my job easier with not having to use as many 3rd party add-ons.
