High- and low level project management
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customization of boards and how easy they are to set up. I also love the different views and charts that can be used to showcase information quickly and easily. I use it every day to explain processes to clients. I have used integrations and automation to expedite workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the export features and wish I could share pdfs or screenshots of boards easier. The pdf function rarely works and only is available on specific boards/views. I want to share any board I want, at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving our issues with timing critical paths, anticipating roadblocks, and organizing our work product. It is also eliminating our issues with redundancy.

Having the ability to format boards to suit projects and team members

Can be a little difficult to train staff on how to create new templates and boards

I love how it keeps me organized and allows me to communicate both with internal and external stakeholders.

An organized space for a chaotic mind
What do you like best about the product?
I think Monday.com is one of the most comprehensive organization and databasing tools I've ever used. I've worked for two nonprofits so far, and one of the reasons the second one has been the better experience is just how organized everything is due to Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the learning curve depending on the use of the boards might be difficult but the pro is that if you do spend time on it, it becomes like second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think just keeping track of all the moving parts of an international nonprofit, having one workspace allows us to check in on each other and collaborate easily!
Great Work Management Tool with AI features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating project plans/boards and using the tool's help to convert the data in Gantt and other forms of data viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited features when it comes to note taking. Also the mobile application does not allow to edit notes or create new on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of creating project plans on monday.com and translating the data into various views such as Gantt, Kanban with ease is one of the greatest advantages of using this platform.
Great tool for staying organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very flexible and enables users to organize their work tasks in whatever manner suits them best. It is very easy to manage priorities and collaborate with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty, there is not much to dislike. You can use other platforms to do similar task-management, but Monday is the best-looking and most user-friendly software that I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Monday.com is that you can create and adjust about any board and share with multiple parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that monday.com solves for me is tracking dates of when to start/stop utilities for our multiple properties. I benefit from it by checking the monday board without losing track and missing any new or current property.

I love using monday to remind myself when things are upcoming

It can sometimes be a little bit overwhelming with so many different boards and communications being managed

Monday is helping our organization to organize and coordinate all of our member communications across various channels so that different departments have visibility.
Review of Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It is really very helpful to manage all the task of a small, medium and large size of projects. We can add our custom status over there. We can easily add our team members in this and easily we can assign them task. Now the best thing is every people can use it own their own. They can change the status of given task as and when they have completed it and also assign it further to next reporting person. The UI of monday.com is very much user friendly. Even beginner can easily use it without any blockers. I always suggest my friends to use monday.com. I use it every day for managing my day to day tasks.

There is nothing that i am disliking about monday.com

They can restore history of more days than currently they are providing.
Great System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of Use, ability to track progress and send notes to users you are assigned projects with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont have any downsides as of yet. None.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to find tasks. create tasks, add notes or questions for input of others. It helps me stay organized and have reminders for me, as days may get busy where I may have other interruptions.
