Quick sharing platform for multiple teams
What do you like best about the product?
No extensive training required. Multiple companies can collaboration while limiting specific access as appropriate. Easy to update on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing-it meets my needs for the level of collaboration I have at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing unnecessary emails. Creation of central repository reduces scrambling.
Makes it easy to keep up with team and individual goals.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate and read. I like being able to see my goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides. It is very easy to use and helps keep my entire team organized and on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my team on track and allows us to share in team building and setting and achieving our goals.
Great Project Management Service
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface, the customisation options, it's easy to collaborate with your colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve to understanding how monday.com works, sometimes it can also be a bit overkill and add complexity for simpler tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, Time tracking and overall making Tasks easier to track and delegate.

The interface is simple and clean. Each application provides additional organization to my business.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great dashboard to organize work tasks.

Formatting for copying and pasting information into the fields could be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to utilize Monday to create tickets for task completion. This helps us to get our daily asks completed by other external departments.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has a modern user interface with settings/controls readily available (with the proper permissions) exactly where you would expect them. The monday.com community and customer support teams are stellar and responsive. I used monday.com daily, nearly all day and it has integrated seamlessly with many of our other tools. I can usually create a monday.com board or form to meet most of our business needs and I like how easy it is to configure monday.com to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've been truly frustrated by in monday.com are some limitations around merging two separate monday.com accounts (for example, following a merger/acquisition).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com makes data and key insights visible across our organization while also allowing privileged access to sensitive information. It does so seamlessly and easily.
It Makes Collaboration Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is pretty easy to use. I love how I can communicate with my coworkers and upload project materials all in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough labels for an ever expanding company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my agency we all work on different schedules. Some of us work from home. Monday has allowed seemless communication between the workers no matter where they are located. It helps us get tasks completed on time.
Simple and organized
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most are the automations that allow you to streamline tasks, as well as assign projects or subtasks to others when completing certain requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Monday is that sometimes it is necessary to create multiple boards, which can lead to a long list and you have no idea if you are repeating projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through monday.com my manager can check what I'm working on, to better manage time and not overload myself with projects; as well as collaborate with other colleagues since we can see what we are doing
Easy to use project management app
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely visual and easy to understand. Listing tasks and understanding dependencies, due dates and people assigned is very simple. It provides more sophistication and flexibillity if you need it, but the basics are just right and enough for you to start managing your project workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
If notifications aren't configured correctly, they can become overwhelming and flood your mailbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves mainly my workload management, it helps me understand what is due and by when, what dependencies my work has, how much time is allocated for my tasks as well as it helps me maintain my team updated with my progress and with any docs or comments through the comments section
Great tool for managing projects across teams
What do you like best about the product?
Customisable layouts and ability to create my own colour-coded labels and categories.
Reminders are useful for team members and status updates.
Very easy to use and provides great visibility of marketing campaigns.
Calendar view is handy for me to see which campaigns are hitting, and when.

The daily highlights always shows the (completed) tasks from the previous day as uncompleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a cental place to store all our marketing campaigns and activity with development stages and the launch dates.
