What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a designated space for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can look a bit "busy" and your eyes don't know where to focus until you are comfortable with the format

Organinzing large groups of people, projects and timelines/deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
Was able to pick up on it very quickly without training and I can't live without it! Love how intuitive and it is and use it everyday. integration with Google also a great feature
What do you dislike about the product?
If you add tasks on a filtered view (by person) it disapears straight away (adding the "bring it back" button helps, but it is still a bit annoying.
Boards with lots of tasks become very "sticky" and it's hard to drag task around.
Overall, small issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps with the above really, and being a centralised tool means less tools to login to.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can utilize Monday.com for so many things! In a short sentence, I would say it is a "one stop shop". Any issues or questions that we have had, the customer service support has always been quick to respond and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few times where screenshots have been removed/deleted in our boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy having the charts/graphs/ for presentations. It makes it conveinent. Also, really love the automations you can set up. & the mirror function.

What do you like best about the product?
Tagging owners for each deliverable and getting a notification helps a lot, especially with stacked projects where it's difficult to track all pending items and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a system glitch, but I find it troublesome to have multiple users updating a single dashboard at the same time. The updates encoded most of the time do not reflect, even if the browser is refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves documentation concerns and visual presentations that are helpful to the audience like Senior Leadership Team. One of the best feature is that is can automatically generate charts and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very intuitive, so it's very easy to use. It greatly facilitates my day-to-day work and now with the introduction of artificial intelligence, it has made things even easier and saved time in my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use the tool for personal purposes as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
She organizes the work of the entire team, from creation to the final part. She allows me to have a complete view of the project and also to individually visualize my work and tasks to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how collaborative it is with my team for projects as well as having my own private board for my other work.

There are so many options which is great but sometimes it can be overwhelming!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to change a board format, status, and fields based on the board I'm on. This allows our team to manage different projects in different ways all within one platform. Monday.com is one of the few tools we use every day to manage projects, files, and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, Monday's only downside is the number of tasks and keeping those tasks organized or up to date. We have implemented automation to push due dates, but it didn't work perfectly for our needs. I think it's really easy to build out every small step in Monday as a task when really they should be initially set as a list in a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our team to delegate tasks and view project timelines for clients in one space.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great help, especially for my daily tasks. It's hassle-free and easy to navigate, and the best part is that I can access it whenever I am, which keeps me on top of things. What I love most about their software is the automation feature, which connects all the tasks across each department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any dislike about monday.com

We love how we can visually keep track of the workflow

What do you like best about the product?
We use it in our daily work to keep track of our projects and its very nice to have everything separed by colors. Boards are very visual and each project is a separated item so we can write updates having all the information we need in one place. We are also able to include links and client information so we can have quick access to the other platforms we use for the project. Its very useful too when used with timely because we can review the item card to fill our Timely and the integration links our timely information to the project so account team can review the time spent on each project per round in Monday. Its very easy and intuitive to use and edit. I really like that we can put emojis and decorate our board, it makes it feel very friendly and not only for working purposes even when it is for that. It also has a mobile version so we can have access from our phones in case a work emergency occurs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have problems with certain boards that even when my team can see the whole information I'm not able to see the whole board even after reviewing all my permissions. Its kinda weird. We also have several problems because from time to time we are not able to upload updates and we have to report it and wait so our process gets a little stuck in the mean time. I don't like that when we have too much work it becomes way too hard to keep the important updates highlighted. would be good to have an option to pin stuff in updates or highlight text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Teams to keep track of the projects but as the team grew bigger we found the need to move our board somewhere easier to have all the information in order. When we moved to Monday we all loved it. Its very easy to use and we can have access from web, mobile and desktop.
