Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a central platform for my company to use. It easily allows us to collaborate and keep everything oraganized in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the look could be a bit more organized. It can be overwhelming when using some of the board types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is working as a central hub for me and my fellow employees. We are able to keep everything in one place!
Using monday.com really makes it easy to sort or find specific data needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpgul thing avout monday.com is its versitility. It can be used for any type of documentation needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my current role, I do not at this time have any dislike about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using monday.com I am able to create and organize any type of board to use fo many different type of documents.
Great way to organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
The different ways you can modify your boards and adapt them to each of your needs. It allows to connect and spread responsabilities and tasks around a team. It's pretty easy to use once you have gotten the grip of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start it can be a little bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly to keep track of my tasks at hand and it allows me to keep them in mind, prioritze them, assign status to each of the tasks and allows for me to keep my head clear and concentrated on each task, not thinking about other stuff or jumping from task to task without finishing anything.
The to-do list dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love the 'my-work' element as its the most flexible to-do list. Instead of crossing out tasks, or having to scribble out the due date or any changes in information, this can be done neatly and easily. You can reorder tasks within boards, tag people and colour code dependant on tatus and priority, which can be changed suiting preferences and different ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to expand a task and to know what board it comes from the 'my-work' tab. I wish from this list you could follow the task back to its original board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and juggling several clients and a busy work day.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to customize it based on my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some analytics are limited. Some integrations don't work 100%

Tracking tasks of projects and job distribution.
My Experience with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to keep everyone in the loop and on the same page with projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really tough to do social media scheduling and automation on it. It is also difficult to get the approval process going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining a bunch of hybrid worker in various time zones and departments. This keeps all of the tasks in one spot rather than in random emails, excel docs, and drives.
Out of the box usability
What do you like best about the product?
we use monday.com as a project management tool and, in comparison to our CRM, it is a much easier tool to use. The UI is friendly and intuitive, the automations are logical and easy to set up, and data is protected, even when the platform is updated. All of these are challenges with our CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but more of a hopeful expectation would be an inventory module, which is sorely missing now.

Work Management and CRM for a VC fund
What do you like best about the product?
We have managed to create our work management and CRM system based on our different processes, both for investor relations and deal flow reviews with founders, all while having our to-do's clear via the work management platform. Our team uses the platform multiple times per day. It is a no-code platform and easy to use and easy to implement automation where necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when having a huge board with lots of information, it can slow down my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one platform with our relational data in it, making our processes linked and dynamic.
Keeps my business organized
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very robus,t but flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub Items do not have the same functionality as Items, which can make developing a workflow difficult. The AI tool is a bit useless

Database and workflow management across multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatile tool that can be used for a number of different functions in department. Ability to create automations and integrations. Well supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project planning (Ghant charts) is very basic. Card views not a intuative as Trello. Expensive.

Managing workflow within a creative studio. Monday provides us with 1 platform that we can manage projects & tasks and allocate resource.
