What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly best app with task tracking and scheduling.
Most admirable for allocation of project tasks.
Great to do mass updates for many projects all at once.
Spontaneous for team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more collaborative app with task editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very efficient for team collaboration to update or edit tasks.
Efficiency for mass update to multiple projects.
Great to track the milestone on project.
Phenomenal with setting realistic goals project.

Like spreadsheets on steroids

What do you like best about the product?
This system can be used for just about any work management application you can imagine. It has just enough built-in functionality to make it user-friendly, without creating unnecessary restrictions on the ways you can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to think of any major downsides. I'd love a built-in Google Contact sync feature, or an app that does that. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to restrict access to boards by assigned user and by group, but that feature is currently only available in the Enterprise version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to basically design our own CRM to our specifications. We tried several different CRMs before we discovered Monday.com, and found them all to be too restrictive, and insufficiently customizable for our needs.

Using monday.com had been easy to use, it has also has improved my orginization skills.

Theres not really anything i would say i dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how things are visually well explained, the demands of my company are always very organized, and automation helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time ago he was a little unstable.

Monday used to be very unstable in the past, nowadays that's no longer the case.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable and can do just about any thing you need it to do. We use it across multiple teams. It is easy to use, easy to deploy, and easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support does not have a phone number and is all done via chat. Can be inconvient at times however the few times i needed support the chat representative was able to assist and resolve the issues I was having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a single platform that integrates mulptiple teams together.

Ease of use on a daily basis
The "my work" space is really very practical
What do you dislike about the product?
No possibility to create tasks in bulk
Long loading time for the My Work space

We have a lot of micro-tasks in our work. Monday helps us in planning these and greatly facilitates our work organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Excel with logic: It helps structuring your work and processes with many integration possibilities (via Monday or Zapier). I like it a lot and makes our work in many cases easier and also in sales documented
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations & Integrations in the standard package are very low with 250 each

I can build any custom solution I want for my team. It is easier than excel and everyone understands it

somehow pricy for the pro package per person.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a detailed informatin on the progress of tasks which leads to more work efficiency. Knowing the tasks on progress and approved makes workflow organized and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike in using Monday.com is that it does not provide real-time updates on deleted medias as it still appears on the mobile phone whenever I check it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday.com tasks assigned to me feels like a heavy load of workhours but right after switching to Monday.com task can be simplified as to what are the prioritis of the day or week making working such an ease and organized.
