Fast and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a hugely accessible and easy to use platform, making it an extremeley effective tool to track project progress and deliverables across multiple markets. I was quite a sceptic intially but agree now it's the easiest and most effective project management tool I have come across - thumbs up from me
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it's the amount of functions, you can almost come to something that is too complex which then becomes very time consuming. Sometimes the automations do not quite work as expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing us to track project and portfolio management across multiple international markets in a total comparable way

It has so many capabalities rolled into one.

No dislikes. A little learning curve at first but once you do it is so powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and there's lots of online tutorials to understand how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no possibility to communicate between two different projects, or to make part of the project private (e.g. costs).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information in the same place, accessible to all the people interested in the program. No excel files to send back and fro by email.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday.com's visuals. As a creative, it's so helpful to see tasks more visually laid out!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some spaces where I would like it to be more adaptable. I have found that some teammates I work with would prefer personal spaces or the My Work area to be more customiazable to how they visualize their tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's has helped keep track of the amount of projects currently going on and developing timelines to achieve them.

I think for our business is the way it enables people working at different locations or remotely away from the business hub to communicate and work as if you were together in an office setting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to learn more and grow my knowledge of Monday.com. I'm sure I'm only scraping the top of what is achievable.

It helps us track work flow from the production facility even though our offices are at a different site

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes it easy to keep track of multiple projects at once. I also really love the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations and boards have limitations which sometimes make it harder for the workflow to happen.

How quickly certain tasks get done, it saves me time.

You can access Monday wherever you are, it notifys you of any task you have and help you organize your life

Email notifications I think are not the best and it's kind of complicated turn them off for all the team

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com may be on the pricey side for smaller teams, and the learning curve is quite steep. Certain features are complex and can cause confusion, which can hinder efficiency. It would be nice if the ease of use is further improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves our problems with project overview and team communication. It provides us with a clear, visual workflow and integrations with other tools, allowing us to work more efficiently and meet deadlines better.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate and organize information that I would otherwise leverage excel or gSheets for in MUCH better way. I really enjoy all the customizations to make it really organized and visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations/integrations break (for example with Slack). There is the automation dashboard where you can see if an action broke - but you can't cancel it. So it is in a perpetual "trying" cycle and then I'm not sure if I should try again in case it spams a Slack channel. I use automations quite a bit and run into this often. I had reported it as feedback before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An intuitive tool for project management that is easily shareable and open for collaboration. Has made my work much easier for cross-functional project management.
