Great for Work Flow
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a quick looks at pending task that need to be completed. I also really like that you can attach files to the comments that saves our company time. We use many softwares in our firm, but Monday provides a great visual representation of the tasks that need to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could get overwhelming with the capabilities that monday has. Proper training will be worth the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows our firm to manage our bookkeeping tasks. It allows our bookkeepers communicate with our accountants to work together. It has solved the issue for multiple team members requesting the same information from the client.

What do you dislike about the product?
• Nothing to highlight. Monday.com is feature-rich, affordable, and simple to install.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Because of our improved organization and efficiency in handling several social media marketing efforts, we are now more visible to clients online. When searching for a comprehensive project management solution, Monday.com is the program of choice.
A game-changer for your team, project management and tracking in general!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the functions! I use this on my team of 3, and we are working remotely. The option to assign projects to specific individuals, tag them in comments, add attachments and update statuses are crucial to keep our team in the loop while working apart. The ability to add subitems, the ease of use and how intuitive the options are, we are huge fans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only deterrent is the cost! We wanted to roll this out to a larger number of folks within our organization, but the cost was the deciding factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to manage projects and track which employee has completed which step, linking documents, updating statuses and more. It is also helping our Mentors track their Mentee's progress, meanwhile providing visibility to their supervisors as to what content has been covered to date.
Really easy, customizable project management system
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! I can customize all the fields, move tasks and projects quickly, archive tasks with a simple click. It is easy to set up a new board and get working quickly. I use it every week, if not daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't learned all the features yet. It can probably do more than I realize, but not sure yet how to maximize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with coworkers and external volunteers -- we use it to brainstorm ideas, and then tag the ideas with priorities, resources, point person, deadlines. It helps us keep our ideas in one place and move forward on accomplishing tasks with our volunteers
LOVE Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
In short... everything. Monday.com makes organizing everything I have to do so much easier. When managing a large team and hundreds of tasks, it's easy to lose track of the status of each task or project. Monday.com helps to keep the entire team organized and accountable. We use it every day and it is so easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that we are only scratching the surface of what Monday.com can do. I don't like that a lot of the third-party add-ons have a cost associated with them. We don't use any for that reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many things to keep track of and so many moving parts in our day-to-day business. Monday.com helps to keep me organized so that I don't drop the ball.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organised I am when using the web page, easy to pin point who i'm looking for, when was the last time i had spoken to them and finding their numbers and email when I'm looking for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that i cant put down mutiple phone numbers and emails as it can be frustrating when trying to find the correct email and number

Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can just drag and drop tasks around, and it's easy to set up different boards for all your projects. Plus, everyone on the team can see what's going on, chat about tasks, and share files. It's been a lifesaver for keeping us organized and working together smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is great, but it can get a little pricey if you have a big team. Also, some folks find the view for all your tasks across different boards confusing, and you can't really track time or expenses that easily. It's more like a visual to-do list than a super detailed project tracker.

Great for team collaboration and project planning
What do you like best about the product?
I work within a marketing team of five people and we all have slightly different responsibilities - Monday.com is great for sharing what we're working on and aligning activities. I also work cross departmental, my role is Product Marketing, so I work with Sales and Project Management - they also use Monday.com as well so it helps that we have all information saved in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is such a vast tool that if you don't know how to use it properly you'll miss out on some of the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team collaborate, share project timelines and manage OKRs. I work in Product Marketing and so it helps me manage my workload and cross-departmental information sharing.
Work Software Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me in doing my job organized and efficient as possible despite the hectic deadlines. Being able to check at a glance assinged tasks in my calendar and knowing what tasks needs approval and needs review keeps my work table organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying sometimes whenever I upload medias on the web and decided to delete it then reuploading another version of it, I can still see the deleted version on my mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is able to solve issues whenever I look into old projects from 2 to 3 years ago and it will still provide the whole interactions during that time.
