In our company we were very satisfied with the work management that monday give to us.
What do you like best about the product?
In our opinion the best of monday are the forms to input data in the workflows and the dashboard that we have information in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Monday let too many simple options that the platafom could provide, to third partners and this became a little anoying. Like for instance: we use a lot the workforms and members can't update the answers, we need to use the app Superform, and others things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big problem monday.com is solving is the input data of requests in our organization. Before the plataform we use e-mail, whatsapp, informal conversations to receive requests and work on them. uncontrol tasks and don't give the leadership the infomation with what tasks is overloading the team.
Overall, it has changed my working life!
What do you like best about the product?
The automations, board set up, and overall user friendliness has significantly supported my work. I was quick to onboard and start using, but even some of the reluctant colleagues have adapted well. The customer support is excellent, and it is part of my day to day working experience. Plus, the excellent mobile app allows me to set myself tasks in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better interface between email and Monday.com – at the moment, you can only forward emails to boards which means I have to go in and manually make changes to different columns. I would prefer a Gmail extension that allows me to make changes directly from Gmail. On the app front, I also wish it was easier to switch between boards on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking approval flows, shared visbility on tasks and the ability to set clear deadlines and priorities, discussing projects or tasks directly within the task itself - all of these were big game changers with Monday.com.

We love how easy it is for all of our members to collaboroate and have access to all the same info
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload and download of pictures to updates could be better. Would be great if they were more organized and also the quality would stay the same through both uploading and downloading. (We use monday to plan for IG/SoMe content)

Monday helps all of our team-members get the same overview of tasks we need to get done, and where we are in our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday every day at work. The interface is easy to use, understand, and very visual. It can connect with other applications and link boards to forms that people without Monday can respond to, which is a very useful feature. You can see the history and all the changes, as well as who made them. As for customer support, I can't evaluate it because I haven't used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot set priorities in the notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows you to have all the information together and updated, and anyone can add things, which makes the work easier and creates a data table that is always up to date.

The platform in my opinion has a very user friendly UI which makes it easy to use everyday and encaurages to create automations to make work more efficient

There are a lot of limitations which usually could be solved by buying additional 3rd party subscribtion app. And usually it is not worth it to pay extra 100$ to add one additionall functionality

We have to manage huge amounts of user data and monday with its organisation and automation tools helps to do that

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, to be able to use it for almost anything you want

The flexibility! There is so much flexibility that for some it is hard to start them off, so training is not so easy. There is lots of training content, but at the beginning it was hard work for colleagues to adopt and some still don't quite get it.

Incredible app for keeping work organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me keep my work plan organized over any given period of time, as well as being able to have an overview of what I need to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. I appreciate that they constantly work on optimizing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of the work I do with my colleagues from various areas alongside me. It also keeps us updated throughout the duration of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple workspaces can be created in Monday.com thus making working with multiple organisations very clean and easy.
Tasks can be aligned in a go and there are multi level hierarchy creating which very less tools have.
It gives alert before the deadline is about to approach which is one of the most handy features for me

1 - Mobile app of Monday.com is very clustered.
2 - Support needs to be more quick.
I once stuck in a issue and it took a bit long to resolve the issue with the support team

We are a Time Tracking SAAS company.
We assign, manage our internal team tasks via Monday.com
We usually use Kanaban Boards to create and move tasks.
Internal communication is easy and since we have started using Monday.com, miscommunications between the team members has drastically decreased.

Limited automations and real improvement of new processes over the last 1-2 years - for example Sub item functionality is stil very limited
