Monday has made things so much easy to organise and track.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create a reporting and tracking system of information

Ability to not being able to update in multiple groups

to keep track of multiple projects through multiple stakeholders
Beautifully designed
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way this tool is designed which makes it so easier to use for lot of the team. In our company, various departments are using it and everyone is happy about it. They also have a great support along with some better implementations and with better UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, management of various apps is tricky, but monday.com makes it real easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are tons of things such as day to day planning, project management, sprint management, collabrations etc
Best Project Management Software Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I would say its flexibility is one of the best parts about monday.com. It can be tailored to fit nearly any use case. It's very easy to use, which makes it available for a wide range of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are the limitations of the board connections and the limitations of the automations. They tease so much functionality without being able to provide all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with team collaboration and communication to get tasks and projects completed on time. As a plumbing subcontractor, this has been tremendously helpful for our relationships with our general contractors because they can gain insight into our process and can get live updates on our progress.

I love the ability to create Kanban boards.

I dislike the number of automations available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating boards to track my accounts and progress with them.
Monday helps me manage both the minute details and the large scale goals of a project.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday being customizable, shareable, and constantly up to date are its biggest assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Monday is so customizable (which is great) it does mean that there's a lot of building out of any new project or task that has to be done manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to communicate with my team easily, and with the relevant information right there. It's also very helpful in tracking the history of the activity on any particular matter.
It keeps me organized !

Nothing really because it has plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube so it's pretty good to learn

That it has helped our team transform the way we streamline tasks while having multiple individuals work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the only thing I dislike is that when I'm sending a mass email from a group I created I can't add additional emails (people) to that group. I would have to go through the contacts list and in our case it makes the process more lengthy.

It has helped the team communicate more effectively. Also, it has allowed us to find all the information we need in one same place.

Easy identification of elements and assignments, as well as visualization of all content

Sometimes the notifications don't arrive and this delays them a little

Easy to use and navigate
What do you like best about the product?
We looked for a long while to find a CRM that would work well for our tenant rep business. This platform is the most user friendly one we found that was easily modifiable for all levels of technology. We were able to get the team up and running. I love the features that allow for follow up dates and reach outs. Customer Support has been great and easy to get a hold of. We utilize this frequently in our business to keep us on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that we've utilized this program, we have not found anything that didn't work for us. We use another program to track our listings which seems to work better for us but we just haven't needed to try to use it here. It seems like it could work for tha too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, easy to use and share with others. We've recently used the guest access. Very simple to use.
Great tool for managing workflows!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how my team can truly collaborate online using Monday.com's real-time environment. It is easy to use and quick to learn. It allows us to easily share files and updates while tracking project details and deliverables. I am able to plan out my work load so I can use my time most effectively. I use it for tracking all my work projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about it. I wish everyone would use it to its full potential!

Quantifying the workload of projects. Tracking our present work helps us plan more effectively for future projects.
