Monday.com is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped many a client of mine streamline their project management needs.
It's intuitive, colourful and best of all integrates seamleslly with a whole heap of programs which really superpowers what you can do.

What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions on the pro plan could be a little more granular, (reserved only on enterprise at the moment)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me streamline my processes and essentially use Monday as my control panel center where I can view all my important data from and trigger important notifications from.

Accessible automation and integration with multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of sub sub items, being limited to only one subtask is often a problem and makes you use not efficient turnarounds

Automated boards helps with CRM and management visibility integrated with slack notifications.

Helped with a step change in project management in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is not Project Manager nor a particularly organized person, Monday helped our (also not particularly organized) company move from Google sheets to actual project management. It's great for visual learners, especially being able to create Gantt charts and Kanban boards. And it keeps our documents, discussions, and deadlines all in one place, whereas previously they were kept in disparate systems or spreadsheets. I would recommend being familiar with Agile principles at a high level in order to make the best use of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
For your average end user like me, the learning curve is a bit steep. Having a few go-to Monday experts in the org as well as standard best practices for creating and maintaining boards has been critical. We didn't necessarily have this initially, and Monday started out as the Wild Wild West.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us clearly understand project/task owners, deadlines, and dependencies. This has helped us prevent scope creep, understand the magnitude of projects, and establish clear ownership.
All in one project solution
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple it is to keep tabs on the team members, profits, and performance.I really like monday boards and forms that the entire organization can use to monitor what each person is working on and has finished each day.This makes keeping up with everything quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that monday.com prevents you from copying and pasting a list of data without exporting it to another program is something i dislike.Because of this, recording and reporting data takes a little longer than i would want. It would also be beneficial if it were possible or considerably simpler to update or even remove a board created by a former team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling multiple projects used to be a nightmare but now everything lives in one place so i can finally see whats really going on its a lifesaver for prioritizing, i can easily spot projects with tight deadlines and complex tasks.
Very Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is immediately accessible to anyone who uses it. The automations take a bit of learning to implement properly, but once they are in place it saves so much time with workflows and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more frustrating parts of Monday is that the interface tends to be buggy on certain occasions. This requires the page to be refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary use for Monday is to enable my team to track graduate school admission leads. It allows us to create a fully customizable workflow with integration for follow up contacts and other tasks. It also allows the team to communicate easily about various leads and and lead status.

There's honestly nothing i dislike about monday.com, Its been a fantastic tool for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to track each team member's information, i can create dedicated profiles and assign tasks to individuals giving me a clear view of the workload and progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Its modular and imagination is your limit. Was able to quite simply create what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few minor things like unique number per item and formula creation is not most comfortable one.

What do you like best about the product?
My favortie feature is the ability to easily manage my current list of projects within a board. I have set up custom automation to archive my completed tasks which makes it easy for me to do a "productivity" review" at the end of each week. I also really like that I can add all my documents, notes, etc. to each project within Monday.com so that I don't have to hunt across various Google and Microsoft apps to find exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I've found is that it takes time to add each task and keep all projects up to date. This has been a barrier to entry for some of my other team members, but I've personally found that I can do more with less time as long as the setup work is done mindfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the issue I was having with many projects running concurrently, but not managed and viewed within one place. Monday.com allows me to effectively prioritize and manage my time as I can see which projects have a closer due date, are more complex, etc. I have set up alerts to remind of my project due dates which have prevented me from missing important deadlines.

It's super easy and intuitive to organize projects and to keep track of the status of various ones at once.

There could be some more options added for status markers.

Monday helps me keep track of all the various projects we're responsible for and the status of each one

Monday is a platform that's too easy and intuitive to use. What I like most is the organization it allows me to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe what i dislike the most from Monday are the graphics since some times are kind of crazy with the information.

Monday brings order to our projects, and we can all have the same information as team members, allowing us to work simultaneously on a single project
