Great for people managing muliple programs for different clients
What do you like best about the product?
Workspace separation allows switching between programs easy and the menu of diverse templates means you son't have to re-invent the wheel when rapid project capture is pressed upon you. Monday.com is my daily go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work for a university organisation and Monday doen't give a discount for academic users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I drive effeciency and productivity in academic teams via transparancy and visulisation with Monday.com tools for academic team research portfolio management, TTO pipeline flows for innovators and small project delivery

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to start using it without having much knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very subject to the structure of the boards. It is understood that it is not a spreadsheet, but there are functionalities that need to be imitated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and project tracking where participants belong to different areas allows you to break down silos.

For me Monday is a robust project management tool.

1. User Interface features a colorful and intuitive interface that is easy to navigate.
2. Automation of repetitive tasks with a variety of automation recipes, can save my time and reduce the potential errors.
3. Monday integrates well with many tools, including email, google calendar, and others third party services.
4. Monday has a lot of options of customization.

The level of customization and features could be overwhelming.

Daily management routines, create tasks, provide descriptions, create sprints, makes reports
The complete suite of Monday does a lot and has many automations, sometimes it's so much that it gets in the way.
What do you like best about the product?
Many interconnected products with many features, different types of automations that can help save time, once you learn, it becomes a bit easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
He has so much stuff that sometimes it seems too much. In Monday Dev, you only have boards or files, and sometimes I find that a bit claustrophobic and not very flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gather all files, works, documentation, and tasks from individual projects and have documentation for our area and company as well. A large documentation hub.
Perfect tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
There are always a million things to keep track of when it comes to managing different projects and it's very easy to forget the important dates. The automations and the notifications are truly amazing to keep us on track and not to miss a single detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a bit pricey for non-profits and social enterprises given we are not entirely profit-driven so it'd be best if we could be offered special discounts so we can better allocate our resources to our social development work.

We got lots of leads and lots of projects so the automations and different features can help us organize details and remember important details.

What do you like best about the product?
The "My Work" feature is great and allows me to see my tasks only, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are clunky like mirroring tasks between boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote company that is able to keep track of tasks in a virtual and visually appealing way.
Excellent workflow and UI
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user-friendly and the workflow is very smooth. It's very rare that I see Monday as irresponsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike but my only advice would be to have desktop notification enabled for Monday.com

It's a place repository which can be used for each and every work. We track the daily activities performed for every opportunity we have. We also assign people to review some artifacts and get the status checked. We also use it for tracking the time. It's like one place for everything.

It allows our team to get every informations very easily, we've now less emails and a better communication.
We use it every day, it replaces our Excel's board.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some automations are missing and even when you choose to personalise it, it's restricted you can't do everything you want like some other software are offering.
If you want to share a board with someone external who would be able to change it, you have to share all and not only a vu or some colums.
Some columns are not available for now on the form like "rate" etc.

It allows us to share every information and makes us earn time by not rewriting everithing in different Excel's board are other software

Comfortable and orderly working
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to work in teams in a coordinated way, the ease of understanding tasks and progress, and the user-friendly way of uploading information and being able to work a lot with the visual information of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I'll ever reach the point where I encounter things I can't do at MONDAY.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of knowing what task each person in the organisation is working on and being able to have visibility of the status of the project and where to focus to improve.
Also for working with Ghant diagrams and gaining visibility of progress over time and sorting reports.
