Once we started to use Monday we never looked back
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies our daily tasks and easily connects departments work.

To figure out some automatizations may take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connects us with our main suppliers in effective way and reduces lot of back and forth via email communication.
Excellent tool for project management and sharing content with clients.

You're off to a flying start with the template boards.

The text fields when sharing social media conent are not user friendly for reading/ editing large amounts of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media content sharing with clients. Clients can review, suggest edits and approve content for scheduling.
Love the API and the flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The API has a bit of a learning curve, but having the API playground is a great way to learn. Having what is now a 2-way integration with other tools means that a lot of my interactions with Monday are now automated.
I'm managing a monthly release cycle, and there are a lot of work items coming from a variety of sources - it's neat that I can just link back to them with URLs - it saves a lot of time and avoids copy/paste.
I tend to work in the Kanban view mostly, though I know that colleagues choose other views - and that's a strength.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I just haven't found it yet, but I'd like to be able to annotate the fields with little pop-up reminders about what goes in a particular field, or to amplify what a particular field value represents.

Its quite logical to use and can be used at a very basic level or have multiple automations. It covers our project management, project flow and also HR

It can be a little intimidating when you release how many automations and features are available, then trying to work out the best option for your solution.

Allowing all users to collaborate on the same projects and share appropriate updates.
Monday makes projects easier to manage
What do you like best about the product?
It's very straightforward to use but even if you can't figure it out in almost most instances the help assistant will give you the answer you need. Can access it on mobile devices which is an added benefit while working out and about. if we didn't use monday we would have to use clunky spreadsheets, diaries and ms project...multiple applications to manage projects, monday allows one place for everything. Great product, thank you
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some glitches, sometimes there are times when it crashes and odd things with dates. it's also a shame that the comment field can't be shared amongst connected boards. Think there are always improvements to be made but overall no big issues and mostly always you can work around any issues or find an alternative method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple projects that are managed across our team. It's easy to keep up-to-date and find out what stages they are at. We also use for new leads/business development allowing us to make sure new customers are kept in touch with in timely manner and any team member can pick it up.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com visualize all our tasks. Everyone can see what everyone is busy with. This way nothing falls through the cracks and nothing gets lots in our thousands of emails. I like the automation. We get reminders of when due dates comes up and when somebody leaves a comment on their tasks. It brought our team closer together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great! I feel I have not explored enough to dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previosly we communicated and assigned task and did everything through emails. With Monday.com we can transform an email to a task, monitor any inbox, visualize all our work which gives us the oppotunity to collaborate better.

Its ease of use and the possibility to put projects back in the hands of our teams has really professionalized the way we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday should be able to handle volume over all workspaces. Planning resources and having overview of all projects in relation to availability and possibilities to further optimize our workforce allocation is still to be desired.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is such a powerfull tool to organize data. It really helps to simplify worflow, specially with the forms feature etc.
I never needed the customer support from monday, because i never had major problems with the platform. There where some downtimes which always ended after a few hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
But there are so many good feature for an extra price. And thats really sad. Why arent you higher the prices for some packages and add some more features? that would be really awsome for the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its benefiting a lot with collecting data from customers for some tasks. the connection between the boards are very usefull, but could expand in the future to be more flexible. for example: connecting other elements from other boards to sub elements from a board.

What do you like best about the product?
We put all information about project and clients on Monday. I don't have te remember anything. So, don't ask me anything when I am on vacation. It is in Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection with your Google Calender can be better. I hope that in the future, change in my calender will be automatically in Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place your all our client information and project. I don't have to remember details by myself. My colleagues have access to information when I am on vacation, sick or not at the office.
