Customizable to streamline workflows and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Monday is that you can really make it your own with its flexibility and customization options. Each user within your team can build out their own experience to best suit their needs, which is phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to find much bad about monday.com. Support is great, and I'm loving all the integrations with the other tools in our tech stack. I think it's only going to continue to improve with time, and I look forward to seeing where it goes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping the agency I'm a part of streamline their workflows, facilitate easy collaboration, and serve as a central hub for project management. The bottom line is that Monday allows us take on and handle more clients in an optimized way.

What do you like best about the product?
This application provides a platform that is customizable and flexible, enduser-friendly with easy collaboration and mobilizable, integration with other applications, scalable with security controls, and visualization with reporting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform can be overly complex for smaller projects and new users as well as seem like too many options for customization. This application could have limitations when offline depending on the use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application allows users to easily collaborate and communicate changes among themselves.
Monday is super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to organize and color code different projects, asign tasks to other team members, and to road map.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the way it's organized takes a little longer to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keepin track of the project road map and the color coding/assigning departments has been helpful.
Best Solution for Small Marketing Teams and Cross-Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, it's important to see everything related to campaigns, collateral, approvals, vendor partnerships, and internal deliverable management all in one place. Monday.com allows us to do just that. I can stay on top of my work and my team's work using the "My Tasks" feature. We can view our work using different methods for our specific needs (need to see a Waterfall view? You got it! Need a Gantt view? You go that too!).
With integrated apps and tools, connecting to other platforms and systems makes our work even easier. We've barely scratched the surface of all that Monday.com has to offer. And here's why I think it beats the competition: despite all of its complexity, Monday.com always manages to feel simple enough to navigate. The intuitive interface makes it hard for people to "break" the system (we have to try REALLY hard to mess things up), and there are so many ways to personalize to an individual's or team's needs. I use Monday.com every day, and I'm glad it's the system I get to use at work.

The main difficulty with Monday.com, at least for us, is that it doesn't have a seamlessly integrated proofing tool for marketing collateral. We'd love to see an integrated tool for us to use for this need.

Monday.com helps us manage the workflow for various complex deliverables that require collaboration across multiple teams.

The dynamism of the available fields and frames, as well as the integration capabilities.

Difficulty contacting support to understand some issues.

Incredibly flexible project management and database tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly flexible. You can make it into just about anything need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its flexibility, the time for properly setting it up is pretty extensive. However, if you just start using it, it can morph and change over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we have multiple types of media projects that we develop, we can't have a one-size-fits-all tool. We need flexibility. I can use different boards and structure them differently to meet the needs of individual projects.
Organization and Calibration at its Best
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is structured to allow you to communicate with your team members in the most advantageous ways possible. Our ability to store and organize project content on the site while reviewing and cross-comparing data replaced our need for other platforms. Its multitude of applications and tools continue to impress, with upgrades rolling out regularly. Its customer support team makes a concerted effort to listen to its users' needs and apply solid improvements that streamline usability.
Monday.com is a mainstay for our team now due to its applications and project management tools. I frequently use it each day to manage and implement new and ongoing projects.

I would say that Monday.com may sometimes have too many tools, which spreads out the material so far that I sometimes lose track of how to access or locate something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday,com is provided the tools I require to manage project timelines, track applicable project content, communicate and collaborate on that project and report out as needed.

Intuitive design and email notifications

Reducing team emails, saving time, improving efficiency
User-friends and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user-friendly. I like that it can be customized to meet the needs of each team in our organization as our work varies. I use it for grants management so use some of my boards in a non-traditional project management way and appreciate that I can do that as well as use it in a more traditional way. I love that you can customize the colors and set up functions to move a project once you have completed it. For example, I have it set to move to my completed projects when "Done" is selcted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative for me is that I can't send a link of a board for someone without a Monday.com account to view. However, you can downloads the boards and share them with others outside the platform which is very nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives one place where we are able to keep all grant information such as all active grants, upcoming report dates, previoulsy submitted reports, and pending and upcoming proposals. It's all in one place so all members of the team can see where we are on each project we're working on and what is in the pipeline.
Monday is a modern, convenient way to handle tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday serves as the best place to communicate with my co-workers. Between emails and chat services like Slack or Zoom, it is best to have a centralized platform like Monday to convey the most important updates and communications between colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I certainly do not have a mastery of monday.com. For me it serves several purposes, but I realize I could be using it to accomplish more of my goals or be more productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides a one-stop shop for communication between colleagues. That makes it conveneint and avoids duplicate emails or instant messages.
