Great tool for workplace task and activity management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides seamless structure with tied-up data. For example, I use it often for user onboarding. What request does needs to be fulfilled in order for a new employee to be properly onboarded on day 1. You can also create forms that fills-in specific information which you can use to determine if certain data sets aren't completed yet and needs to be processed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The probable thing that prospective decision-makers would get irked about is it's cost. Sure, it has automation and forms. However, there's a steep learning curve when you're not familiar with tools such as Monday.com, you have to do the basics (at least).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Monday.com is helpful when it comes to user onboarding, training requirements and inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for productivity and collaboration between teams. The UI is userfriendly it's easy to follow projeccts, and tasks .
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for new users because there are plenty of features and customization options. You need to use it frequently and gain some experience to master the functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and team collaboration are the main ones. visualizing workflows, communication tools and the automation features save a lot of time.

Work management with monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
One new things I like is how easy it is to create reports for employees, clients or projects. The dashboards help you see all the important information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the formula tool. Right now you can use formulas to do calculations, but you can not use them in automations. I think that is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant and lead developer, I use monday.com to handle client, project, and personnal data. Monday.com also helps you manage personnal data. Monday.com also handles overall work assignment, time tracking, performance report preparation, and a variety of other management functions. We have over 30+ clients who use monday.com in their businesses. We integrate different apps with monday.com based on customer requirements, such as Slack, GHL and some others. It is an excellent tool for teams to efficiently manage their workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps our team to various stages of our projects from starting pf design concepts to ending design concepts. This tool is very helpful to our team because by using this tool we can manage and track inventory pf material and decor items. It also helps our team to generate reports on project progress. This tool is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had nothing to dislike in this tool. Untill we use this tool we did not face any problem yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solving the problem of collaboration for our team. We can communicate and collabarate with another team member such as sharing files. This tool helps our team to manage client interactions and track project requirements. It is very helpful for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support team can collaborate and navigate using the search button using just keywords of the topic we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of people accessing the site specifically for our company, it took longer than usual to load hence, customer waiting times are being extended and sometimes cause dissatisfaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to review and get information with unfamiliar topics, you can easily check if this is already published by our quality assurance team.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this platform for a long time. Its user interface and the ability to share ideas and updates in real-time have significantly improved my collaboration with my colleagues. The integration on Monday.com is super easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile interface doesn't appeal to me much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has improved the scheduling and tracking of tasks. We can assign tasks to specific team members, making it clear who is responsible for what and ensuring accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides an lively atmosphere that resembles being, in an office even while I'm working from home. The user intuitive interface and the capability to exchange ideas and updates instantly have greatly enhanced teamwork with my colleagues. The templates provided are extremely handy for initiating a dashboard without having to spend time on setups. To boot the integration features with data analysis tools and social media platforms, coupled with automations play a crucial role in our day, to day operations by relieving us of repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com provides a good view of tasks assigned. There is room, for enhancement, in the "My work" display to better prioritize tasks effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a catalyst, in enhancing how we work together and carry out our campaigns. In a project to rebrand the platform allowed us to coordinate tasks effectively among specialized teams ranging from UX/UI designers to front end developers to metrics analysts. The feature of creating linked dashboards helped us align our strategies handle interconnected workflows and guarantee that every aspect of the project was in harmony, with our objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
It has so many features and automations that make coordinating teammates and campaigns so much easier. It was easy to implement and it was easy for everyone to get on board with the tool. The customer support is also really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is perfect, i don't have any dislike about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us structure our work, keep everyone up to date, and have a good overview. We also really like using it to review social media assets with our agency.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its user interface and attractive visuals that offer clarity, in presenting our projects and tasks. Tailored dashboards assist us in showcasing, arranging and overseeing Statements of Work (SOWs). The sprint dashboards are easily customizable enabling us to rearrange tasks enhancing project tracking efficiency and reducing planning duration. Moreover the automation features enable us to personalize reminder messages sent to all project stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts are typically helpful, but... the platform doesn't offer notifications, for tasks that go past their deadlline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is excellent, for crafting dashboards that clearly outline each task. The automated reminder functions have been instrumental in cutting down on the time spent in follow ups and update meetings. When overseeing our network coverage expansion projects Monday.com has enabled us to establish a organized system, with mapping and monitoring at every stage.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com enables me to set up workspaces, for my roles in the company helping me stay organized and focused on each area of responsibility. The built in surveys simplify data collection and analysis empowering us to make informed decisions. Additionally the flexibility to adjust project timelines or task deadlines allows for schedule updates when necessary. With real time monitoring, from perspectives we gain an overview of our projects enhancing our resource management efficiency and task allocation strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kanban display could be made user friendly for tailoring to our needs. Compared to other views like the table or calendar, the Kanban view is less flexible when it comes to modifying individual columns or establishing automated rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has greatly improved teamwork, across teams ensuring coordination of tasks and resources, in real time. With its analysis and reporting features we've been able to spot trends and optimize how resources are allocated. Monday.com has truly boosted our ability to tackle challenges effectively.
