What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is an incredibly useful tool as someone who is involved in all of our office's sales doing marketing and sales administation. With several people involved throughout the sale, we can see how a campaign has progressed pre and post sale and which tasks have/have not been completed. It is my work bible!
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't wrap my head around the more complex boards where the property boards were all on 1 page and moved as the sale progressed. However we just kept the simple individual boards which I prefer as someone who uses the monday.com every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently don't have issues with the way I use the boards.

Very useful, modular application

What do you like best about the product?
I used monday to create a fully automated Project Management system. It is easy to use, and very intuitive, the automations usually work great. While limited in certain aspects that can be used by more advanced users, the platform is still very flexible and useful to create solutions to most of the issues my company faces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gatekeeping basic security and administrative features behind their most expensive plan. Segregating users between their new CRM product and their WorkOS product, not providing the same platform tools for both user products even when the products are similar/consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create a custom management system for the unique needs of my company, that works as both a CRM and PMS. The system manages sales and projects in all the phases of execution, payments, finances, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's flexibility allows our teams to accommodate unique workflows and organize multiple tasks in a way that’s easy to understand. We heavily use Monday for our project management planning and reporting as it provides an intuitive and modern interface that makes work collaboration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when making changes offline, it doesn't upload the most relevant information in order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offline usage is being updated which will benefit our team that workes remotely on sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing of Monday.com is the flexibility for working with diferente projects and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not cheap, specially for us, in Brazil. The gantt view could be mucho better, like other plataforma and workload could improve a lot too, without a limitação of projects, tô be able to work trully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us see the whole pictures, all the projects, whats to come, If we need extra people and helping with organizing and chating with client.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so versatile that it can be used in all facets of work. I can use it for projects. I can create templates for repetitive tasks. I can create forms and surveys and then use those responses to automatically create a project. I can send automated reminders and updates to myself. It is rapidly replacing a lot of the applications I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is so powerful and has so many features that I worry I am only scratching the surface of its potential. I would like a forum where people could ask questions or assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large number of employees that I supervise that require regular meetings, audits and quality reviews. Monday.com makes these almost automatic. All I have to do is enter the data. I can share these boards with the employee and they can track their own progress.
Our organization regularly works on large projects involving many departments. Often we have long email chains and it's hard to find the important information. With Monday.com, everything is easily accessible to everyone involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, storage, there don't seem to be a lot of limitations. Fairly straight-forward way to centrally manage/keep tabs on everything coming in for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to keep on top of everything we're posting and manage tasks, completion, due dates, etc. I think there's likely a better way to use Monday and clean up our instance, but the learning curve to get there seems steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a central repository of projects and tasks to be able to share collateral and give guidance and assign. And a central place for the conversation if any issues, questions.

What do you like best about the product?
From the very start it was easy to use Monday. With everyday use anyone can become a Pro with it's numerous features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is some kind of dealy witch attachments, but a simple refresh of the page can solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes is dificult to know when a colleague is having trouble completing a task, with Monday the whole team is instantly updated regarding ongoing tasks, we can avoid delays and better manage our time.
