It was amazing, Monday.com really help us in managing our weekly/monthly tasks

Monday.com solves disorganization, inefficient collaboration, lack of transparency, and manual work by centralizing project tasks, enhancing team communication, providing clear progress visibility, and automating repetitive tasks. Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been very user friendly. I am using it a as document management system with multiple clients that I have added as guest users. They have all been able to easily jump in and use the system without requiring any assistance from me. I love the visual interface and the option to color code items based on the status. The setup was easy. I watched a couple of short videos and was otherwise able to set everything up without any assistance. I haven't needed to contact customer support. All of the training tools available have made it so I didn't need to contact customer support for any reason. I use the product almost daily. I haven't integrated the product with any other programs at this point, although it appears to be a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is that it has removed several hours of clerical work from my work flow process. I will now need to find something else to do with all of that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I request around 50 documents from about 10 clients. My old process was to email each client for a list of documents. The client would then reply to the email (multiple times) with the document requests. As I was requesting around 500 documents, that could result in 500 emails with attachments. Using Monday.com allows us to keep all of the information in one place with clear visability as to the status of each item. We can easily communicate within the platform without information getting lost in dozens of emails.

We've had Monday.com for about 4 or 5 years now and it was very easy to implement and the intergration was simple.
This is an ideal tool if you have employees working from different locations. It is great for those who favor visualization (at a glance). It is definately user friendly, and anyone can use it from anywhere at anytime throughout the day frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's best feature are the boards and the various custom reporting that can be ran from the platform. Graphs, charts, etc. It has been a valuable status tracking tool for our department
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to mass update status bars would be the most glaring shortcoming as it relates to how we are utilizing the product

Monday.com is helping us track our month-end close process. We had been tracking this in excel and viewed Monday as an opportunity to ramp up the capabilites as far as work/task management is concerned
Great software for tracking projects
What do you like best about the product?
Great for tracking projects and activities. Enoy having various dasboard views. It has become a regular tool that I use daily for stating on top of projects and staying on top of my workload. Very easy to collaberate with others on my team as well as co-workers and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would really like to see a feature where you can easily link directly to other boards available to you. Not just link columns betweeen boards, just a one button link to a related board without it opening in another browser or tab.
Its great that there is 3rd party support and an active community that develops relateable apps and feaures. But I feel like some of these features should be developed in house and not be additional subscriptions and costs.
