The best workflow management platform around!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic platform for optimising any workflow. I've used it for about 5-6 years now and it has saved so much time and taken care of a lot of the manual admin processes. The automation are really flexible, and the ability to capture new requests via their forms, or directly by forwarding an email is such a timesaver. I'd highly recommend this to anyone managing a team or a large volume of work that needs processing. Their customer support is always really good and they don't take long to reply. Everyone I've met and worked with from Monday.com has been really helpful and great at what they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's usually a way to achieve anything in Monday.com, but it's not always in the most logical way. I've had to implement a number of hacks in order to make it work in a way that suits our workflow. There are a lot of excellent integrations but sometimes it feels like you have to pay for a plugin to achieve something that *should* be fairly straightforward to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Promoting collaboration across teams and slowly transitioning work requests from our inboxes and into one place.

Monday.com solves disorganized workflows and inefficient communication by providing a centralized, customizable platform that enhances task management, collaboration, and visibility, ultimately boosting productivity and improving customer relationships.

With Monday, we were able to deliver all of our projects on time. We can also count our OKRs in a simple way

It is intuitive- it doesn't duplicate work- it makes things easier freeing up time to do more important things. It helps us really streamline our processes and is a central repository which also brings our team closer together. It is working extremely well for us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that, you get forced to tuckle certain tasks within the given time farme whether you like it or not because it happens that relevant authorities in your organization will be able to see your perfomance and you wouldn't want be to be dissapointed with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the tasks given are too much and some of them seems to take long and somehow it appears as if you are lazy because everything will be there for all to see.

What I like about Monday.com is its ability to organise tasks professionally and systematically. The platform provides options to add estimated time for each task, enhancing our time management capabilities. Additionally, it allows us to assign multiple tasks to colleagues and facilitates seamless communication through its integrated chat features.

There's nothing much to dislike. There would be bugs at times but the monday.com fix it the soonest

Workflow and task management. The structure that monday.com has makes my work much better. It is very easy to use and I get the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has become an essential part of our company. As a fully remote company, Monday allows us to collaborate and see where projects are. The automation allows for less work to maintain the boards or to communicate to the next party involved in the process. This program allows you to get rid of hard-to-find Word docs or meeting notes since you can have it all in one spot. RIP notebooks since you will not need to have one, and you can even have all your own notes in your own workspace that is private to the rest of the team.
The other great feature is the ability to invite guests to the board. These guests do not count as seats, so for freelancers, you can have your clients see where projects are and collaborate with you.
From an HR perspective, in a world where there may be distrust of remote work, this eliminates any guessing if someone is not carrying their weight.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to think of anything feature-related. Monday is good at evolving their product and listening to feedback. The only dislike would be the bulk seat pricing. If you are at 10 seats and want to add another, you need to pay for 15. I wish there was a per/user pricing, but I still have the pricing tried for more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our company with our operations. It keeps every department in our company organized and can collaborate easily without needing to be face to face in an office setting.
Monday.com is my favorite from all the project management boards I have tried so far

Nothing! If there's any issue, Monday.com's support team is so reliable.

Not happened tome but if somone does make a change on the platform it doesnt tell you who / when somepone changed it? this could be useful

Its a to do list for the business that allows you to see who has completed the given task - this allows people to be accountable for each task - helps fluidity and effectivness of the team when fulfilling tasks
