What do you like best about the product?
Monday's best feature are the boards and the various custom reporting that can be ran from the platform. Graphs, charts, etc. It has been a valuable status tracking tool for our department
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to mass update status bars would be the most glaring shortcoming as it relates to how we are utilizing the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us track our month-end close process. We had been tracking this in excel and viewed Monday as an opportunity to ramp up the capabilites as far as work/task management is concerned
Great software for tracking projects
What do you like best about the product?
Great for tracking projects and activities. Enoy having various dasboard views. It has become a regular tool that I use daily for stating on top of projects and staying on top of my workload. Very easy to collaberate with others on my team as well as co-workers and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would really like to see a feature where you can easily link directly to other boards available to you. Not just link columns betweeen boards, just a one button link to a related board without it opening in another browser or tab.
Its great that there is 3rd party support and an active community that develops relateable apps and feaures. But I feel like some of these features should be developed in house and not be additional subscriptions and costs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that it is a collaborative tool. Customizable layers to to team engaged and on task. It is very easy to use and adapt to your business needs. There is a message board, an interactive lists, notifications via email and on app. Easy to use in app, web, and desktop. It stays on open all day as an interactive tool for team ptojects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negatives abouot the program.Our team has used it for years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not need to have person dependent and limited excel documents tto track its and have numerous chats about items all elements are in one space and workflows can be tracked.
Organizes task and project chaos so it is manageable.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation you can add to the different project boards you create. I also love how customizable it is to fit your needs and the different projects you're working on. I use it for work projects, but am tempted to get it to organize my personalize life because I love it so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are days where it can be down for a period of time/not loading, but they are usually quick to get it back up and running!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize all of the tasks associated with different projects and makes it easy to delegate those tasks to different team members. It also makes it easy to view updates from every team member for each task so everyone can see the progression of the project and where we are all at with the project in real-time.
Great resources for managing multiple projects across several channels
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for about 5 years now and it's my go-to for managing the various marketing projects we have going on. From social media management and tracking, to new product development and launches, it's been an integral part of keeping things on-track and providing information to all parties involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated more with social media and had more automation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep everything in one place. For instance, with a new product launch there are so many cross-department initiatives and tasks to be completed, and Monday allows for us to all be on the same platform and tracking progress in one place so we don't have to constantly meet to get updates.
Monday is instrumental to me as it helps keep all of my projects organized and on track.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is so user friendly and the features are great. I am able to quickly create a project using templates that I have set up and I am ready to go! I use monday.com on a daily basis and I love the integration it has with the other products that I use.
Implementing this software has been a breeze for our team and keeps us all informed on the status of our projects so noone is guessing. It keeps us organized and on track to have successful implementations of our projects.

That is has so many uses and can be leveraged in all departments.

There have been some bugs recently and connectivity issues. contacts have done their best to make it better.

It makes project planning much easier and accessible for those in our organization.
The platform is extremely adaptable and has several advantages over other services.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to automate and track several different processes across the platform. It is very easy to use and several members of my team use it quite often. Also, the customer support is very good and always responsive to needs. I started with very little experience and was able to teach myself using their website and aids within a very short timeframe. For new users, the layout and applicability of each part of the process is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get very slow at times when lots of items are in a board and several formulas are being used. Also, the dashboards are relatively limited in the creativity and options that you are able to provide. Essentially, you have to use the pre-described display templates instead of developing your own or mapping the columns you want to each axis. Lastly, there is very little interaction with automations between main items and subitems which would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our project is extremely fast paced and Monday has the adaptability to keep up with it. Tracking statuses of projects is also extremely easy and has made the project collaboration process seemless.
