A must-have for any team!!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Monday.com excels as a project management tool, distinguished by its user-friendly design, robust feature set, and high degree of customization. It's well-suited for teams of various sizes and across different industries, providing a platform that can evolve and scale with an organization's needs. Despite a few minor shortcomings, its numerous advantages make it a highly recommended choice for effective project and task management. Truly, a must-have for any team!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no group sorting possibility on boards and automations can get very tricky if you have a large Monday architecture!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our task management problems and gives visibility into project progress, task status, and team workloads, enabling better oversight and quicker identification of bottlenecks or delays.
Revolutionising our Studio Management with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
As a Design Director, my experience with Monday.com has been transformative for managing projects within our studio. Compared to previous tools we've used, Monday.com has significantly improved our efficiency. The platform’s numerous apps and integrations have been invaluable, allowing me to quickly access and review reporting metrics. This capability has been particularly beneficial for presenting real-time updates to our board of directors, such as the number of ongoing projects, jobs that are stuck, and tasks currently being worked on.
Using intergrations to allow us to transfer over existing studio projects from other management tools, i found this a great aspect.
We're now expanding our use of Monday.com to include other critical aspects of our business. This includes lead generation, maintaining contact information for the business and clients, as well as invoicing and time tracking. The comprehensive features of Monday.com make it a fantastic tool for a creative agency like ours, and we look forward to continuing to use it for the foreseeable future.

Currently we have not come across any disadvantages of the platform. Its been a great fit for the objectives we have.

It allows the agency to grow, manage and report all in one single toolm instead of having multiple platforms for each aspect of the business.

Very useful for tracking progress on both individual and collaborative projects.

No criticisms at all, it's perfect for my organisation's needs.

Monday has removed the need for time-consuming progress update meetings and has allowed us to keep everything in one place, rather than random spreadsheets

The CRM needs work as it is not as easy to use as other CRMs

Great platform for companies that are evolving or transforming
What do you like best about the product?
It is insanely flexibel and easy to use for most users. It makes collaboration fun and promotes transparancy and a positive working attitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price... everything else is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many transforming companies can not exactly describe how processes should evolve. Monday gives them the flexibility to change avery process as they use it without the need for IT consultants, releases etc.
Also it improves collaborration and saves a lot of time (and IT costs) with features like document management and version management.

My experience with Monday has been positive. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, is customizable and workflow automation have significantly improved our project management. improved our communication and document sharing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. Despite these minor drawbacks, Monday.com remains a valuable tool for our team's collaboration and productivity.

Previously, managing projects across different tools and platforms led to confusion and inefficiencies. Communication gaps and delays in information sharing were common when using multiple communication channels. Handling repetitive tasks manually was time-consuming and prone to errors. Switching between multiple tools for different tasks led to inefficiencies and fragmented workflows.

I love that there is a seamless working process. You can have boards and Monday.com and also use it as internal comms platform while working on projects in the differen boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Lol I dislike that it shows every activity. So you can track if people are working or not. It allows shows the last seen (lol I'm an employee)

It is solving problems such as working on a lot of boards. Therefore with Monday.com everything is integrated into one system
