I can customize workflows and manage projects with ease along with collaboration of my creative team.

It's overwhelming, overcomplicated and it's not cheap at all!

It centralizes data, communication, and tasks in one place, making it easier to keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tool’s innovative dashboards and its resource planning features. The interface is clear and intuitive, which makes it easy for me to onboard new contractors quickly and keep an eye on performance metrics in real time. I also appreciate how it gives me stronger organization-wide visibility into the work and progress of other teams when we’re collaborating on shared tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love this tool, and I honestly can’t function without it. I haven’t found anything that even comes close. I truly have nothing negative to say—its performance has been flawless and it feels well tailored to the needs of our entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems it addresses is transparency. I use monday.com to manage projects, streamline processes, reduce inbox clutter, monitor productivity, and achieve transparency across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has made it possible for our team to manage and follow all of our projects in one place. It’s very user-friendly and helps us stay on top of everything, so nothing falls between the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve only been using it for a couple of months, so it’s still too soon to say.

It helps me keep everything organized, understand where we are on a project, and quickly see what might be missing.
Essential for Agency Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different options I have for organizing tasks and the integrations that allow me to facilitate my work with other platforms. The fact that tasks are easy to organize, visualize, and assign to the team reduces my workload and facilitates my operation in my agency. The integrations are useful because we use different platforms and it helps me to have everyone in one place. Additionally, the initial setup of monday Work Management was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes when you delete some type of information in a Monday Forms form, you can't get it back. When you sync the forms with the board, it gets deleted and doesn't remain in the history, so that's a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me resolve time organization and work delivery with my team, reduces the amount of work, and facilitates operation. The integrations allow everything to be centralized in one place.
Easy to Learn and Highly Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customizability. It is very easy for new employees to learn and easy to implement within our teams. Customer service is great and always willing to help with any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing granular customization, for example: separate columns for different groups within the same board.

It helps to keep track of projects, as well as all communication regarding projects.
Efficient Collaboration and Customization with monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management is easy to set up and share with people. The color coding and customization options are great, allowing us to tailor it to whatever tool we need at the time. It's really helpful for working with different people outside of our organization because they can view everything in real-time and get notified of updates. The color coding helps us quickly see who's responsible for tasks and the progress status. Being able to customize the columns is a big plus too, as it's easy to add and populate information as needed. Overall, it's a versatile tool that's easy for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that there's certain things where we'd like to have a number, but have it be arranged. For example, if a fund has 250 to 500 million, or if they invest 5,000 to 500,000, it would be great to have a range that can be sorted numerically from high to low. There doesn't seem to be an ability to do that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us collaborate with external teams, keeping everything up-to-date in one place and avoiding duplicate efforts. Everyone can access it easily, ensuring we all know where things stand.

I like that it has a user interface that’s simple enough for anyone to pick up quickly, even without formal training. I also appreciate that it can collect candidate data directly into tables through forms. On top of that, it’s very convenient not having to switch between applications when handling project management tasks.

Without a doubt, I have nothing negative to say. Its performance has been truly incredible, and it makes our work much easier—whether we’re using it for project management or relying on it as a valuable HR tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software saves us a lot of time, and its customization options are incredible. We've decided to use this specific software as our primarily HR management tool. It has also been very effective for onboarding simple projects.

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that highly customized boards can become complex and harder to maintain over time. In addition, advanced features and automations may require higher-tier plans, and performance can slow down when managing large volumes of data.

monday Work Management solves the problem of fragmented task tracking and lack of visibility across teams. By centralizing projects, timelines, ownership, and status updates in one platform, it reduces miscommunication and manual follow-ups.
For me, this results in better prioritization, clearer accountability, and improved oversight of ongoing work. It increases efficiency, supports structured planning, and helps ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

I love how easy it is to use. It’s very customizable, which makes it feel tailored to what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more admin controls to assign different permission levels across the organization, so that not every user can create a board. This has been an issue for our company in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not privy to the problems monday.com is changing.
