A very nice tool to organize the work with fine adjustment space
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of monday. Just having everything that needs to be done organized already makes it much easier to define a plan of action. With monday, I also have several tools that help even more with this organization. I find the ability to create different boards to separate task types, choose execution dates, and classify the status with custom options very useful. The automations are also interesting, as they contribute a lot to the weekly meetings we have to plan at the beginning of the week and recap what was accomplished at the end of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one negative point I notice in monday, although it's quite specific: it concerns the user interface when selecting dates that span different months. Whenever I need to change dates, the calendar selection tool starts in the current month, instead of starting from the first month that was selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize and manage your time and resources to optimize your work. By focusing on effective planning and allocation, you can achieve better results and improve overall productivity.
A Lifesaver for Staying Organized and On Top of Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
As someone with ADHD, monday has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with staying organized and on top of due dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching between boards can be a little wonky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a creative team where every team member has a different creative process. It is challenging to keep everyone on the same page and monday has helped by giving us a place to put all of our information for the whole team to see and edit and comment on.
Centralized Data Sharing Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps data in one location that can be real time shared with other users

Need ability to print data as on screen view. export is not best print option.

Central location of data that needs to be shared among team.
Effortless Workflow Management and CRM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use when it comes to workflow management. Connecting boards is super easy to learn and do, while utilizing this as a CRM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing to do in monday that is a slight disadvantage is the tag feature sometimes not working or alerting team members correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our company tackle product set ups and track them easier all in one place (board) . So we are not losing documents , everything is kept in the same place.
Effortless Results Tracking with Flexible Viewing Options
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track results and then see the overview of the results. I like how there is different options to view results

wish the font size was bigger. Also wish I could select a label and pull it down to copy it to multiple lines below

Easy to Use and Great for Visualizing Work Progress
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use the basic functions and it's a great way to visually display work progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some on the functionalities seem limited in terms of having to have a sub item to update the overall item. Advanced functions are quite tricky to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping stakeholders in the loop with what stage an asset or piece of content is at.
Streamlined Project and Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using monday Work Management for several reasons. Its board integrations and automations streamline our processes significantly, saving me valuable time in communicating about tasks. I appreciate the ability to invite guests to view individual boards, which enhances collaboration with those outside our organization. The recent addition of wraparound text in text boxes is a helpful enhancement, allowing me to see the full amount of information within a cell effortlessly. This feature is particularly beneficial when managing extensive data. I also value the variety of cell formats available, which adds flexibility to how information is presented and organized. Overall, these features contribute to a more efficient and organized workflow, making monday Work Management a valuable tool in my project and contract management processes. Additionally, the initial setup was quite intuitive despite a slight learning curve, which further adds to its ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization between boards and groups in Monday Work Management. Specifically, I would like the ability to make boards different for various purposes, such as having one board for managing contracts and another for managing tasks, with easy integration between the two. It seems possible that this functionality exists, but I haven’t discovered how to implement it yet. Additionally, even though the wraparound text feature is helpful, I find it challenging to insert text at specific points within a cell, as the text often starts at the beginning or end, making it hard to access specific areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep projects organized in one place, tracking progress, and sharing checklists with partners. It saves time in communication and supports collaboration with external teams through guest access.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management allows for across the board efficent and one place stop for managing work duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
When workflow is exceptionally complex it can be dfiicult to follow with all of the sub-items.

It allows for the efficitent use of time management for all team members as it works best for project collaboration.
Exceptionally User-Friendly and Easy to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user-friendly and can be easily implemented across various departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it's not possible to create additional subitems beneath an existing subitem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically, it assists the team in tracking tasks and certain milestones, allowing Directors and Principals to monitor this progress.
“Easy to Use, Visually Clean, and Exceptionally Connected”
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is visually clean and easy on the eyes, making it simple to navigate even with multiple projects running at once. It’s intuitive, easy to work with, and offers great integrations with other systems—helping everything stay connected and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes! I love all of Monday’s features—the platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and continues to improve with new updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me organized with timely reminders and an easy-to-use system for tracking requests. I run our Training Help Desk through Monday, where a simple form allows team members to submit requests that automatically feed into a board. From there, I can update statuses, assign follow-ups, and communicate progress—all in one place. It’s made managing support tickets and training requests much more efficient.
