Intuitive and Effective for Team Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management is quite intuitive and offers excellent ease of use. This feature makes the platform accessible and simple to handle. I also greatly value the boards and columns that allow me to visualize information in a summarized way, which facilitates tracking the status of work and the distribution of workloads within the team. Additionally, I found that the initial setup was quite simple, which is a great advantage for the quick implementation of the software in our workflow. The ability to manage each team member's work and get a clear view of what is pending and what is coming up really helps to coordinate tasks efficiently. Overall, these aspects of monday Work Management make it an indispensable tool for team management.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, when I have two tasks with many activities, the images stop displaying, turning into just an image icon. Additionally, sometimes it experiences some delays, although it might depend on the server load. It's not very frequent, but I believe these two points could be improved in the version I am using. Here, I would add the possibility of being able to buy or acquire 1 more user, for example, and not packages of 3 or 5, because if my work team is 4 or 7, there are unused users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to get a clear view of the work distribution in my team, manage pending tasks, and understand the workload. It allows me to visualize current and ongoing work, improving organization and planning.

Highly Customizable, But Needs Better Notifications

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize every board depending on the projects and on the needs. This customization makes it highly adaptable to various project requirements, enhancing my team’s efficiency. I also appreciate that it offers different types of views, which make it easier for everyone to focus on the aspects most relevant to their roles. Moreover, I like the feature that allows us to leave comments and updates, which keeps everyone aware of what's going on. This transparency and communication help streamline project management and ensure that no important details are missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if monday Work Management had a more robust system for notifications. The current notification system can be quite weak, especially when connecting with Microsoft Teams. There are times it glitches, and as a result, notifications aren't sent, which means some updates can get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep up with projects, track progress and status, and manage tasks for the entire team efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday.com is how visual and easy to use it is.
I use it daily to organize projects, track progress, and collaborate with teammates.
The boards, timelines, and automations make it very clear who’s doing what and when, it keeps everyone aligned without endless emails or meetings.

I really appreciate how simple it is to customize workflows: you can adapt the platform to any process, from task tracking to marketing campaigns or team planning.
Integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Outlook make it fit perfectly into our daily workflow.
It’s a tool that truly helps boost productivity and team transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much.
The mobile app could be a bit smoother when managing complex boards, and reporting could use more customization.
But overall, the experience is extremely positive, the usability and flexibility easily outweigh these small limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has helped us centralize all our projects and team tasks in one place.
Before using it, information was scattered across emails, chats, and spreadsheets, making it hard to track progress or deadlines.
Now, everything is transparent, we can see priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor results in real time.
Automations save time on repetitive updates, and dashboards help visualize progress clearly.
Overall, it’s made our work more organized, collaborative, and efficient, with much better visibility across teams.

Powerful and Reliable with Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
The basic application is quite good, once you have mastered it there is a lot power that can be leveraged to get some good results.

It's key to understand, that as with any piece of off the shelf software, it may not do things or follow procedures/processes you may already have in place. Therefore you have to either create work-arounds or be prepared to adapt your SOPs/processes

On the times that I've had issues, customer service have been prompt at responding and in most cases have been able to fix the issue in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some key features that are missing and the only way to mitigate this is to purchase third-party plugins.
These are often built/designed around a feature that someone else has identified but may not necessarily fix yours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to set up, allocate and manage tasks effeciently.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me is the variety of information that can be represented and monitored—not just assignments or to-dos, but also items with different purposes and characteristics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export to PDF feature produces inconsistent results, which seem to depend on the type of data or the specific view being displayed. Additionally, it lacks configuration options that would let you focus on exporting only the most important information, such as when working with Gantt views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to move beyond traditional spreadsheets and represent data with enhanced functionality, such as item-specific updates and widgets for displaying information in various formats, is a significant advantage. This approach makes the data more visually engaging and feels much more accessible compared to other options.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a fantastic tool that really helps me stay organized and keep track of my orders. It makes managing everything much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, orders fail to update their status after being shipped and do not automatically transfer to the appropriate groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool monitors the time it takes to enter orders. For instance, it can display that User 1 spends 2 minutes to fully process a single order.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that monday Work Management helps me ensure all my client details are in one centralized place, giving me a clear overview. I think this feature is vital in my use as a CRM, helping me manage client information effectively. I find the 'search everything' feature to be quite slow. This hampers my ability to quickly find information, which disrupts my workflow, especially when I need to access client details swiftly as part of using it as a CRM.

Effortless Organization, Stellar Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I'm able to collaborate with other users who are a part of my organization. Being able to tag them, add them to boards, and add them to automations and workspaces allows me to collaborate interdepartmentally with colleagues who need the information I am working on. This ensures we all stay informed. I also appreciate the features that keep me organized; creating workspaces, boards, and forms allows me to action specific tasks based on my current projects. With my role requiring me to manage multiple different projects simultaneously, the ability to update tasks and processes efficiently helps a lot. Additionally, I like being able to go back and review what has been accomplished, duplicate past projects for updates or reviews, and archive or unarchive information as needed. I am also quite enthusiastic about the introduction of AI in monday.com's workspace, which promises to create more efficient workspaces and boards for my team and me. Although I haven't had the chance to explore the full extent of AI capabilities yet, I plan to do so, aiming to further improve my monday.com experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that while automations are not something I struggle with significantly, there is room for improvement in my understanding and utilization of them. There are numerous features available on monday.com that I and my organization have not fully leveraged, partly due to the complexity and breadth of skills needed to capitalize on them effectively. This includes different types of boards and file sharing options, as well as intricate tools like docs. Without enough time to explore and learn these features independently, I find it challenging to utilize monday Work Management to its fullest potential. An account specialist or a designated person who understands our organizational needs and can offer tailored insights into how specific features can enhance our workflow would be highly beneficial. This assistance would be valuable as we often do not have the luxury of time to explore these tools thoroughly on our own. Another area of concern is the integration of monday.com with other tools such as Freshdesk, where I have struggled to fully optimize the interaction for seamless support ticketing within our travel agency operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to receive notifications for task deadlines, ensure organization in project execution, and streamline processes for both one-time and recurring projects, allowing my host travel agency to operate efficiently.
