What do you like best about the product?
From my side the fact the wider user base being able to be self sufficient building and designing their own boards and adding the applications from the marketplace means a light touch from the point of IT.

Being able to add guest or viewer access to a board means it can be opened up to the wider staff and external clients.

Adding and managing users and access is a simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the location of the data and the exact differences between the license levels can be a challenge, the scale of the licensing grows rapidly.

The language used in terms of group/team/board ownership isnt always clear and can confuse users, they dont need to be within the group to view the board or even be an owner of a board within the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is allowing LMG to consolidate multiple document registers complete with ownership and tracking which has just simplified our govenrance processes massivley

The separation of platforms requires new subscriptions

I used to keep track of all tasks because the company didn't have a ticket system.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed us to customize workflows to fit our specific needs and become more collaborative and productive. The user friendly platform makes it easy for anyone to be able to build boards, customize and create automations. Game changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, however, further customization of subitems would be great. We have seen many enhancements over th epast couple of years though and realize Monday is always adding additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, tasks were needing to be managed in spreadsheets and collaboration was done over email. Having these capabilities in one central location with the ability to quickly review past comments and edits has made our processes quicker and less time consuming.

Great Account Management Tool!!!

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it is easy to use and implementation was quick and fairly painless. Monday allows our team to manage 10+ accounts, with several team members on each account. We use it everyday and really manage our business with all of the great features. When we do have issues, customer support has been very helpful and very quick is helping us getting them solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not something that I dislike, but we love My Work and would like to see more functionality and flexibility from that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to see if we are falling behind on a project or task before it becomes a problem. We can then dedicate additional resources if needed. It also allows us to see how busy each of our team members really is, and we can move things around to accomodate if necessary.

The ease of updating exchanges, the personalization of notifications, the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in terms of automations (which seem to be able to be resolved by third-party applications) Otherwise, not really any drawbacks or unnecessary elements, it all depends on the use one is looking to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com everyday in my current role. Monday.com is a very intuative product, i firmly believe you can be very competent in configuration and capabilities in a short period of time. They have found a way to make even some of the more technical aspects (formulas and notification sending) simple. I am confident that if you need to address an issue from a business perspective then Monday has a way of doing it. The various views that can be created on the same board mean each team can see the information that is importent to them. The automations allow simple and complex workflows to be configured, as there are templates this is made very easy. Different functions within an organisation can have different workspaces and manage these independently, making it a very good enterprise level option. Normally this level of configuration being available to the user is managed through some sort of process or helpdesk, on Monday you are able to do it yourself. The export capability is also very good for a front end that is so configurable.

From an implementation perspective, it really is a switch on and go for it mentality. There are board templates you can use but there is also the capability to build your boards from fresh. There is plenty of materials to support you in doing so. Customer support has always been fairly easy to access, i am normally pointed in the right direction or a call arranged with second line support in a short space of time. I should say this happens rarely as i am normally able to find a solution myself. Off the shelf, Monday.com offers a number of integrations (including with JIRA which works very well), you can also embed and work on google documents in the product itself, which is very useful and saves you having multiple tabs open in your browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, i'd ay sometimes there isn't a direct route to be able to achieve what you would like. It does require a little problem solving to get to a solution but it always seems possible. The teams i've worked with have always been happy to provide suggested solutions giving the advantages/disadvantages of using each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had Monday.com there was very little visibility of project progress across stakeholders. The commenting capability and gantt output have really helped improve this across the function. We struggled with product roadmaps and also time reporting, these have now improved quite signifcantly. The enhanced visibility has helped reduce noise and give clear direction to our projects, a single source of truth has made it far easier for myself to get everyone on the same page.

Great Tool But Not Perfect

What do you like best about the product?
The automations that Monday.com offers have simplified my work life! I am able to set up simple and more complex automations to help make work happen smoothly. My entire team is able to easily communicate about projects and tasks and manage their work easily in Monday.com on a daily basis. There's a lot of room for customization and we have found many uses for Monday.com including asset management and working with outside vendors. We have integrated Monday.com into almost every work process. Setting up a new board or workspace is easy. Customer support responds quickly and politely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more exclusionary automation options. Like if something isn't labeled as this then do this thing. I often find myself having to do complex work aounds to get the end result that I'm interested in. I also find it difficult to finding training resources and find more info on features that can help me. For a year I was looking at switching platforms because I wanted a way to get better visibility into resource capacity planning. Tried everything I could think of to find a feature inside Monday.com that would let me do that and couldn't find anything. After more than a year, after I had given up the feature I was looking for landed in my lap. Exciting but frustrating at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com cuts out a lot of back and forth with their automations. People are notified automatically when their portion of the project is ready to work on. Assets are able to be passed on seemlesly from one part of the process to another. This helps prevent projects and processes from stalling.

Very user friendly! Great CRM for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to navigate the system is. I have used other CRM platforms and you almost need a special degree just to operate them. It is a great platform for small businesses such as ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished you could see who viewed your email blast, number of clicks, etx... easier without having to click on each indivual person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it very easy to keep track of what our business team is doing. Half of our sales team travels weekly. Monday makes it easy for them to update on the go.
