What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can build out tasks, subitem, and how different boards come together on MyWork. I also like the expanded features of my work
What do you dislike about the product?
No real-time chat feature. Keeping up with messages feel combersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is forcing my company to consider details in planning and structuring everything out so we can all see it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in both initial setting up and training colleagues to use. Boards can be quickly set up and then adapted/ improved as users start to use the system. It is easy to create forms for both internal and external use and simple automations are very easy to set up. Using external Integrations such as Make or Zapier can help boost the system into a powerful CRM tool, making the most of Webhooks to manipulate data into a large web of other systems including MS365, Twilio, Whatsapp, Jotform and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails & activities could be improved as it can lag at times. Though the tech support team have been quick to look at resolutions. To make the most of all developed features, higher level of package (and cost) is required. Some of the automations require long-winded work arounds, though using Integrations such as Make.com or Zapier can easily help to overcome this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped improve efficiency across our business and allows quick verification of data. We can also easily spot human error and the activity log can pinpoint where errors are made so that increased awareness or training can be directed to the right person. The date column reminders are particularly useful in ensuring compliance is met without risk of missing due dates.

Perfect Platform for Visual Organization

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a visual person. It helps me to see on a board what's in play and what needs to be accomplished. I like the intuitive layout, color system, and abiltity to drag and drop things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tools it's going to take awhile to learn them all. A bit of a learning curve that requires time and thought to maximize. Not a bad thing! Just for time-pressed professionals, a tutorial would be key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a content calendar system that I can track easily visually and through alerts.

Great software with so many possibilities

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to import pre-existing data from spreadsheets that I have already created.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do have a limited though it is many number of columns available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can remotely manage a large amount of projects and processes. We can also gather reports to help manage our people and our production. The organization and data are key to keep ing a remote team producing in high numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Primarily use this as a team to know what projects are coming up, dates due, and the status of not only each project but the various elements within the project. It is very helpful when multiple people are working on different aspects of a project to know the status of each part, timeline, order of events, and what has been completed vs. what is still a to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are many items on a board sometimes hard to find what you are looking for if you dont know the title to search for (bc you didn't create the initial item)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the status of various elements of a project, but also where that project sits within the great team to know we are working in tandem globally.

A great tool for a wide variety of workflow processes

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Monday is how super flexible it is. Pretty much every department in our company uses it for a wide variety of workflows, and it doesn't feel like it's being shoehorned in to work. We also greatly value the automation (include webhooks and integrations with Make.com). So much of our business processes need to communicate with multiple backoffice tools, and Monday makes it easy to do. Also, their customer service has always been very responsive and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
With flexibility comes complexity. Monday has done a pretty good job of trying to keep it simple, but it's hard to do with a tool that does so much. We've also had some issues in the past with delays between updating something via APIs, and visiblity of it in the UI (and vice versa).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many projects and efforts going on all at once. Monday's "pulses" allow us to keep track of the progress of each of them, as they work their way through our workflows. There are other tools that can do this, but the flexibility and integrations make it stand out.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to segment everything I am in charge of into separate entities to keep track of everything I need to do, and everything my team needs to be doing. Getting set up is easy, and learning to use all of the features it offers is very intuitive. I use this everyday to make sure all of our work is getting done in a timely manner, and we also keep track of our weekly, monthly, quarterly and bi-anual goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There´s not much I don´t like about monday.com For what my team and I use it, it has been an incredibly helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves for us is, since we are a start-up, there´s always so much work that needs to get done, and before we used monday, we would discuss what needed to be done, but inevitably be sidetracked into doing a lot of small things that are not as important to the end goal as the steps we had discussed. Using monday.com allows us to set very specific projects, tasks and timelines that need to be followed and completed before moving on to anything else, as well as allowing me as an administrator to make sure people are following the guidelines and getting the most important work done first and foremost.

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com has a project management system for a communications agency, and it was very easy to implement and our team was able to pick it up relatively easily due to the simple format and intuitive features. So far, it has really suited our needs and improved our workflow and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if monday.com had a 'back' or 'undo' button, instead of having to go into the activity log. A lot of the features also cost additional money, and it would be nice if more were built in. Lastly, we would need to bump up our subscription to get a dedicated rep and more customer support would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization of tasks and work flow. we especially like the version tracking feature for documents!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it can be to collaborate with other teammates cross-functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
While relatively easy to get started, maximizing efficiency can take a while for new users and make integration challenging across departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for cross-functional collaboration on projects without tons of emails and allows for all meeting notes and information about a project to be linked in one place.
