What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate and is very helpful to be used by several users.

I don't use it enough , but the times I have used it I hardly have a hard time using it!

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps us organised and consistent. Saves so much time as we don't have to look for our conversations and threads. The customer care is also extremely helpful and prompt. it's great to have multiple options to initiate conversation with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. We have had a very pleasant experience!

It feels like the user interface is heavy and consumes resources.

Monday helps to complete my projects on time and keeps me on track. I have not skipped any business deadlines because of Monday boards efficient tracking of timelines project wise.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Creating a board for a project, task or workflow is easy, simple and situation appropriate. Having multiple users able to access the boards is perfect for our practice. Our workflow has been streamline with Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
It has grown much bigger than we'll ever need. One of the attractions to it when we adopted it back in 2015 was how compact a simple it was. Fotunately, it is still perfect for us but we are ulikely to use all that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our architecture practiceit delivers a cloud based project and practice management tool that we build to suit our needs. It's easy to use and we don;t get distracted by stuff that doesn't benefit us.

The most intuitive project management software out there

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has tried many different project management tools but we always encounter the same problem. They are often hard to use and end up hard to implement across teams.

The interface is also the most attractive and intuitive compared to the other platforms we tried. Highly recommend it over the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. The only thing that we could use is a bit more personalization but it is irrelevant to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and efficient with projects across teams and departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The "My Tasks" view shows all upcoming tasks to be completed in order of due date. It's great to have such an easy overview to plan out your week. It also integrates with our time tracking software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have a learning curve at first, and be a bit technical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes our projects and individual tasks, makes it easy to see timelines and due dates, and makes it easy to collaborate with others on the project.

What do you like best about the product?
My team work with Monday on a daily basis, it helps keep our 100's of open projects organised and on track. It's really collaborative and keeps the whole team up to date at a glance. Makes invoicing seamless too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm aware there is a time tracking feature in Monday but we don't use it. We use a different platform that is more extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of all projects in one place and makes working on projects easy with a larger team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexability it gives me to create process for my processes. Allow me to explain, when new requests come in I love the power of being able to easly create a form where I can create automations to help with vetting my work. In addtion, I love that i can share any board with external folks to keep them accountable and give them visibility to our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you work with a large organziation who is using Monday.com the boards can become overwhelming if you haven't built memory muscle to navigate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many tecticles when managing one of external partners. I used to use excel sheets, emails, and meeting minutes to track all the work we do but with Monday.com it now allows me to track multiple boards with different purposes in one location without limiting access to my external collaborator.
