Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the most user friendly softwares on the market right now. Besides its beautiful UI, it is super easy for anyone in the company to use and I love how it tracks the progress of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customer help can take a bit to get back if there is an issue. But thankfully our company hasn't had to reach out much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team have one place where everything is stored. Anyone can log in and see the status of certain projects, what has been approved, etc. I also love the comments and tagging option.
Monday.com makes my life easier and keeps all my proyects organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user friendly. It makes it easy to keep track of where we are with small proyects for our legal, operations, and sales teams. Having the option to export any of the boards we are working on, is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything that dislike, but I miss the "Info boxes" tab which allowed me to keep archived and current files segregated and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team provides supporto to all areas of the company, and as a result we always have a wide variety of proyects going on, and Monday helps me keep an eye on everything. I can see what each team member is working on, what areas need more support, how many proyects have been completed, how many are still on the works, etc.
From project management to an entire work ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a project management tool that would make our daily routine easier. Starting with the creation of a few boards, we quickly moved on to integrating up-to-date tools such as email and drive folders. We are still struggling to find a balance between increasing the workspace and ease of use. But customer support is really helping us design our own work ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest difficulty is forcing the tool to work as a bunch of static Excel files that do not correlate with each other. Sometimes automations are not so easily possible, nor is creating a simple and useful dashboard to capture important project data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was to find an easy way to manage multiple development projects in different teams without spending a lot of effort on tool management. Despite some initial misconfigurations, we eventually found a way to create custom boards where we could collect project data with little time investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been transformational for our team in terms of managing projects, calendars, costs and workflow!
I feel like I only harness about 10% of what Monday.com is capable of, but even utitlizing the basics has helped me to become so much more organized and on-track!
Favorite features include:

What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are SO many capabilities within Monday, it can be hard to know where to start! I was lucky enough to have inherited boards that already had commands/actions attached to them and that had all of the columns and items I would need for our team's use. But if I hadn't, it would've been very overwhelming to just start from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works on several projects at a time, and as the team's project manager, Monday helps me to keep track of all of our deliverables, projects, stakeholders, budgets, etc. -- all in one place!

- It applies to different industries: catering, entertainement, hospitality, insurance, tech, healthcare
- It applies to many domains: HR, Finance, Leal, Operational, Project Management, Support, Admin, IT....
- No coding experience required - very simple and colorful
- Extremly flexible
- Very visual
- Automations
- Integration with tools aloredy in use
- Import and export with Excel and and export with pdf
- Difference view : Calendar, Ganntt, Kaban
- Good for operational and high level strategic
- Cost is low compred to getting 5 differents software

- Customer support is not the best
- The self help pages keep changing I wa getting lost a bit
- Because theyare growing up so fast I think they are not clear with the princing. The ''products'' lauch was very confusing because there is alredy level of licences type and now we can add layers of products. Its not quite simple to get what will be kept and what will be in the product verson. The cost used to be 8 EUR additional per product (they have 3) but now they want us to pay full price (44 EUR) for it which is none sense. The whole goal of Monday is to save and have feewer tools.

Solid Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to record tasks/milestones in a variety of ways for a variety of projects

Sometimes the connected/mirrored boards can get broken

Providing project management on a project by project basis and provide rollup dashboards for overall executive views

Integrations and community and linking with every apsect of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of marketplace plugins which end up costing too much and not enough Monday.com built in plugins, in particularly with using a board for products and these products being an iventory for use in quotations and also purchase orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lack of communicaiton within departments and keeping everyone fixed on whqat needs to be done and working towards the end goal.

Easy to use and a productive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality and design. I can clearly find what i'm looking for and tasks are neatly laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a calendar view where I can add personal taks outside of projects.

They're solving the issue of staying origanized and on top of deliverables.
Great For Businesses of All Sizes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual way of organizing all things from projects to KPIs. It's a great tool to use regardless of business size- to help keep your organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboards could be more customizable with images and things like that- I was trying to create a dashboard for each of my clients that allowed for all of their files to be stored in one place and a basic profile, but was unable to make the software do what I needed it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a graphic design business so "tickets" come in all the time from small changes to massive projects. Monday.com allows me to break that down by client, track my time efficiently, and kep track of all of my client needs in one space.
This program will enhance your productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is intuitive and integrates well. It makes data management a breeze and certainly creates moments of productivity that did not exist before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to figure out initially, but that does get substantially better the more you use it.
